The estate’s impressive facilities include the main house, two bungalows, a covered gazebo, a pool, and layers of decks with gorgeous views. Guests can cook out in the barbecue grill pavilion, take a swim in the resort-worthy pool, sunbathe on loungers, or use the villa’s snorkeling gear to explore Mahoe Bay. There are also several places to dine al fresco in the sun and shade, from the pool deck to the covered veranda. The main house at Amateras was designed to maximize the villa’s dramatic views through walls of French doors and high cathedral ceilings with soft lighting. The living room is outfitted with several seating areas, a flatscreen TV, and a full entertainment library of books, video games, and music.
