If you want your own private beachfront home with plenty of room for all 17 of your guests, Seascape is for you. A large wall of windows on every floor allows for maximum sunlight and ocean views. With three floors, six bedrooms, and a seventh room with two sleeper sofas, there is plenty of space for everyone! Every floor has balconies that stretch across the length of the home, so you can wake up to the ocean. There are plenty of amenities to keep everyone busy and happy. The villa has a pool table, a hot tub, and massive entertainment room. Best of all, Seven Mile Beach sits right outside your door.

Seascape is a beachfront villa with modern design and three levels of living space. The villa is ideal for multiple families vacationing together, and there’s ample space for everyone to spread out.
The beach is right outside Seascape’s back door, with tons of loungers and palm trees. There are two thatched cabanas, with daybeds inside. The terrace has al fresco dining on the ground floor. The patio on the second level has shaded al fresco dining and a massive daybed. The ground floor has a large, modern kitchen with updated appliances, laundry room, and cookware. There’s also a dining room and a formal sitting area. A wall of glass doors brings in nonstop ocean views, and the sitting area has a flat screen TV and bar cart. There’s a den and two bedrooms on this floor as well, with two sleeper sofas in the den. Both bedrooms have king-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms, and flat screen TVs.
The second floor’s family room is a massive entertainment space, with an oversized sectional, 60 inch TV, wet bar, and pool table. A wall of sliding glass doors opens to the balcony and ocean views. There are two more king suites on this level, each with ocean views and flat screen TVs. A spiral staircase leads up to the third floor, which has a roomy loft-style bedroom and an additional bedroom. Each room has a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and private balcony. The balcony has a hot tub and seating.
Seascape sits on Seven Mile Beach, near several attractions and amenities. There are beach toys, kayaks, and paddle boards for taking out on the water.
