Know Before You Go...®
Paradis Sur Mer is an inarguably beautiful villa, but the real advantage is its beachfront location. The beach has sugar soft sand, barefoot entry into shallow water, and a sandbar 100 yards out. The water is usually calm, gorgeously blue, and uninterrupted by businesses or crowds. There’s even a private dock where you could moor rented jet skis or a small boat.
Luxury beachfront villa in Run Point!
Paradis Sur Mer is a luxurious beachfront villa on Rum Point’s exclusive shore. Striking architecture and Balinese-inspired decor create an elevated oasis for up to 12 guests.
Adirondack chairs line the sand on Paradis Sur Mer’s private slice of the beach. The wooden dock stretches into the sea, and offers a place to lounge and room for water sports rentals. There is also a beachfront gazebo tucked on the side of the property. Lush vegetation borders the beach and the sundeck, which surrounds the elegant, mosaic-tiled pool. Up to 18 guests can relax in the heated spa beneath the roofed cabana. Recline in cushioned rattan furnishings on the veranda. A massive dining table glistens beneath the poolside veranda. Lanterns add romantic ambience, and mature greenery frames the ocean view. The outdoor kitchen rests between the living and dining portions of the L-shaped veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridges, coolers, a kegerator, warming drawers, an ice machine, an oven, grills, and an outdoor pizza oven. Handcrafted gates guard the front courtyard, two double garages, and parking area.
Hand carved, French doors open to the vaulted foyer and open-concept living space. Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors frame panoramic ocean views across the lounge, and a wide archway ushers guests into the gourmet chef’s kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a La Cornue rotisserie and stove, top-of-the-line appliances, and professional-grade cookware. An expansive center island with bar top seating sits in the center of the kitchen, and marble countertops add opulence. Just behind the main kitchen, there is a prep kitchen and beverage storage. Paradis Sur Mer also has a resort-quality elevator, an office, utility and laundry rooms, and extensive storage options. Every security detail has been engineered into the villa’s design, from hurricane-rated windows and doors to discreet alarm systems. The villa is also LEED-certified and energy-efficient.
Each of the six bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, and the suites are spread across two levels for optimum privacy. The oceanfront master suite rests on the upper level and features a king canopy bed, a large LED TV, a wraparound veranda, and a master bath with his and hers showers, closets, and a soaking tub. The upper level’s north and south suites both have king beds, ocean views, and glass-doored showers. On the pool level, there is a twin suite with two beds, an LED TV, ocean views, and a glass-doored shower. The other two suites are in private apartments above the two-car garages, so they have separate entrances and more privacy than the other suites. Both have king beds, sunrise views, LED TVs, and kitchenettes with fridges, microwaves, dishwashers, sinks, and cooktops.
Paradis Sur Mer’s location on a quiet, residential road lends significantly more peace and quiet than other parts of the island. This beachfront villa is near Rum Point Club’s restaurant, water sports, and bar.
