This magnificent new villa lacks for nothing and checks just about every box imaginable for family vacations, destination weddings, and friendly retreats. Construction was completed in June 2022. Furniture and decor installation is scheduled for August. We can accept bookings for Thanksgiving and beyond.

Located on a white sandy beachfront, guests will savor spectacular sunset views with the convenience of being within walking distance to plenty of nearby attractions.
The vacation experience for our Platinum Luxury Collection begins with an airport greeting by a professional chauffeur and a 28-seat mini-coach. Our on-island guest services team can arrange the delivery of your rental car to the villa in advance of your arrival. Villa pre-stocking with groceries and beverages is also a popular service added by guests, along with in-villa dining prepared by a cook or gourmet chef for a few nights.
This three-floor deluxe villa measures 7,200 square feet indoors and offers another 5,000 sq. feet of outdoor living areas. Balconies, covered lanais, patios, and an outdoor kitchen allow guests to enjoy the best of Caribbean island living.
The oceanfront lanai overlooks the pool and white-sandy beachfront. The outdoor kitchen and al fresco dining cabana are roofed providing shade for meals with a beachfront view.
The pool and spa areas are elevated sufficiently to offer privacy as well as amazing sunset views while lounging in the submerged bench seats.
Sun Rays provides privacy, luxury amenities, and at-home convenience as well as a quintessential barefoot swimming beach and private dock all with on-island hospitality support.
The villa’s 8-bedroom suites are scattered across the home’s three levels: 2 on the ground level, 5 on the upper level, and 1 on the third level.
