Villa Contessa is more than a holiday home. It offers a personalized service, and ultimate luxurious amenities such as a heated pool all year round, a Finnish sauna, a Jacuzzi, a private gym, and a cinema room. With the villa’s dedicated full-time staff including a private concierge, chef, garden & pool maintenance, and housemaid, your every need will be taken care of. Should you desire any kind of additional service, it can be arranged.

The villa is divided into four levels and offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms. The lower ground floor features a fun area with a children’s room and a private bathroom, a cinema room with a star-studded sky, a wine cellar, a food boutique, and a billiard room.

The ground floor comprises a lovely living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a direct exit to the villa’s terrace. On this floor, there is a staff ensuite apartment, which can be used for guests if required.

Four bedrooms are on the first floor, all ensuite and one of the rooms serves as an office. The office room has a pull-out sofa (140x200 cm) and an ensuite bathroom. Each room offers spectacular sea views and is adorned with luxury bed chambers featuring premium 600-thread count linens and toiletries.

The second floor is a wellness zone, with a private gym, a Finnish sauna with a shower bath, a Jacuzzi, and a panorama spa with sunbeds.

Enjoy year-round swimming bliss in our heated infinity pool and indulge in the fragrant lavender garden and hammocks that invite relaxation. A majestic 150-year-old olive oil tree symbolizes our connection to the land. Our private chef prepares traditional meals using fresh local ingredients, creating an authentic culinary experience in partnership with local farms and fishermen.
