The ground floor of this attractive villa can be divided into a residential area and a relaxation area. The residential area of the villa consists of a modernly equipped kitchen with a dining area and a spacious living room with stylish leather sofas and LCD TV. The interior is magnificently expressed through the blend of modern and Mediterranean styles. Just a few steps away from the residential area lies the relaxation area which consists of a beautiful, large half-covered swimming pool with deck chairs for relaxing and there is also a sauna. This area is covered by a beautiful stone terrace, which is beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants.
The staircase will lead you to the first floor of this luxurious building, which consists of 3 bedrooms. One is the master bedroom with a double bed and the other two bedrooms also have double beds. Each of these modern bedrooms has a stunning view of the sea and they are equipped with bathrooms
