This beautiful villa grants guests access to Punta Cana’s colorful coral reefs, calm waters, and white sand beaches. Guests can snorkel in the sea, swim in the villa’s private pool, or sunbathe in loungers on the terrace. Adirondack chairs rest on the lawn facing the stunning ocean views, and a private dock provides convenient entry into the bay. The sundeck also features an outdoor bar, large umbrellas, and paved pathways wandering through manicured gardens.

Folding glass doors lead into Marina 1’s elegant living area, which is furnished with cushioned rattan sofas and an oblong dining table. The second living area includes a flatscreen TV, plush sofas, and chic armchairs.
