Villa Tala offers state-of-the-art luxury with panoramic sea views, making it one of the region’s most breathtaking retreats. This stunning designer villa accommodates up to ten people, blending modern elegance with the natural beauty of the French Riviera.

Originally built into the rock by a renowned architect, the result is a harmonious space where the sun, sea views, and idyllic natural surroundings seamlessly flow together.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a private, fully air-conditioned property accessible via a glass elevator. The elevator’s first stop is the infinity pool level, featuring several beautiful terraces, ample sun loungers, and a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation. The next stop leads to a walkway through the rocks, revealing living areas and bedrooms distributed across three levels, all boasting breathtaking sea views.

The upper level of the villa consists of an open dining and kitchen area with access to a dining terrace. Steps lead down to a well-equipped living area adorned with comfortable sofas, seating areas, a fireplace, and large ceiling windows that merge the interiors with the surrounding gardens and views. This level also offers access to another terrace with outdoor furnishings, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.

On the middle level, three of the five ensuite bedrooms are located. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed and large windows that frame the fantastic views. One bedroom includes an office space and a small terrace, while another suite features an attached, well-equipped office with a sliding door and a sofa corner.

The remaining two ensuite bedrooms are found on the lower ground. One is a double bedroom, and the fifth bedroom boasts large windows and a window ceiling, furnished with a double bed.

Villa Tala is fully air-conditioned and features floor heating, an iPod docking station, and a music system. However, due to the villa’s design and layout, it is not recommended for families with young children.
