Bananaquit Villa overlooks sailboats drifting across the waves, sunsets sinking beneath the horizon, and the twinkling sights of St. Thomas from its elevated location in Virgin Grand Estates. With three bedrooms and a comfortable layout, this villa is ideal for couples.
Lush gardens with tropical flowers and foliage line the front walkway. Around the back of the house, there’s a generously sized pool between two lounging areas. Guests can dine, sunbathe, and gather al fresco with ease thanks to Bananaquit’s oversized terrace. Arched French doors open to the villa’s warm common area, which offers ample space for guests to relax in the air-conditioning. In the living room, there are games, books, and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and space to enjoy meals at both the breakfast bar and the sunbathed dining nook. Bananaquit’s three bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, lots of windows, and gorgeous views. The ensuite bathrooms have double sink vanities, walk-in showers, and plenty of privacy. Each suite is exterior access only. The bedrooms are spread across two guest cottages. One cottage has a king suite and a twin suite with two beds that can be made up as a second king. The second cottage has a king suite.
Bananaquit is about 8 minutes from Great Cruz Bay’s beaches and restaurants, and an 18 minute drive to the North Shore beaches and nature trails.

Another great Bananaquit vacation!
Bananaquit, St. John villa review
Once again, the outstanding features and location of Bananaquit made our reunion vacation with friends an absolutely wonderful, 5-star experience! This is our second year at Bananaquit and it continues to be a perfect place to stay. I highly recommend a stay there when people vacation in STJ!

Bananaquit, St. John villa review
Bananaquit is an ideal place for couples or families to enjoy the full offerings of St John in a beautiful location with a breathtaking view. The layout of the vIlla is extremely well thought out as it allows for a great combination of community and privacy. We would definitely stay here again.
Shawna made everything easy and was a great “coach” for us in planning our trip. She communicates clearly and is very friendly and a pleasure to work with on addressing all trip and travel details. She gets a 5 star rating from our group!

Bananaquit, St. John villa review
Bananaquit was the perfect house for 3 couples. With equal bedrooms set in separate houses, it provided each couple with privacy and comfort. The views were amazing and the lush tropical landscaping greeted you each time you entered the home. The management was there when we ran low on gas and quickly replaced it to restore our hot water. The pool was beautiful but cool and a heater would have been an added bonus. Overall Bananaquit was a great place to stay!

This was the perfect stay for my family of 5. Just a short ride up from Cruz Bay, with all the amenities.
The pool and the views are spectacular!
The concierge service took care of everything for us, we are so grateful we found this gem. We can’t wait to go back!
