Eaglesnest sits high on Contant Point overlooking Great Cruz Bay. The villa has incredible bird’s eye views of St. Thomas and St. Croix and has a large swimming pool with endless ocean views. Designed for easy living, Eaglesnest has no steps to the front door, inside access to two of the bedrooms, and a convenient drive-through driveway. From the moment you park under the covered carport, you’ll know this is a very special property.

The dining and living areas form a large Great Room with a high vaulted ceiling. Indoor entertainment includes a TV, VCR, DVD, and a stereo with CD and cassette tape player.

Ceiling fans throughout the house keep you comfortably cool even on the warmest of island days, and the expansive windows offer a panoramic view of Great Cruz Bay.

Prepare your meals in the fully equipped, modern kitchen which features roomy cabinets and counter space, dishwasher, microwave, range, oven, coffee maker, and blender.

Eat at the serve-across bar (which connects the kitchen to the dining area) or at the large dining table. Or, head outdoors to the dining table on the upper deck and enjoy the amazing view.

All three bedroom suites are equipped with air-conditioning, and two of the three king-size beds can be turned into twins. Each bedroom is spacious and comfortable. Each of the bathrooms on the main level have a walk-in shower with built-in stone benches. Sunrise greets you through the bedroom windows in the master bedroom suite. Sliding glass doors provide direct access from each bedroom to the south-facing decks.

While two of the bedrooms are on the main level and have inside access, the third is on the lower level of the house adjacent to the swimming pool. Access is via an exterior stairway on the side of the house.

The inviting third bedroom is spacious with an open feel. Watch the sun rise in the morning and the boats sail in and out of the bay. A few feet away, the large pool is waiting.

The pool at Eaglesnest has lighting for night use, spa-style jets, a seating ledge, and a safety railing for exit/entry. Lounge on the comfortable poolside furniture and sip your favorite tropical drink. A safety gate blocks the pool entrance.

The lower pool deck makes a great lounging area, and best of all the hammock stands ready for an afternoon siesta!
