This was our second vacation at Eau Sea. Great location. Beautiful Villa. Andrew and Sharon made sure everything was in order for the trip. Great snorkeling at Hawksnest Beach, Saw a ton of fish and a Sting Ray. Keep an eye open for the jellyfish. Only saw a few and no one on the entire beach was stung. Also, keep an eye out for the two white donkeys along North Shore Road. You must go to the Wind Mill Bar for a drink. The view was spectacular!
Warren Taxi Service was awesome and very dependable.
Hope to return to Eau Sea for a third vacation. A top-notch and well-maintained Villa!

Our family- M/D + 2 adult daughters and SO really enjoyed the time at EauSea. We especially loved relaxing around the pool and the large amount of common area. We actually had more meals in than on our previous visits- it was well set up for entertaining.

My husband and I stayed with 3 other couples for 6 days. This villa is incredible! We liked that all the bedrooms were the same size. The outside terraces, the gazebo, pool, and outside bar/lounge/dining area were used every day. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. It is only a 5-minute ride into Cruz Bay so the restaurants are close. We rented a SUV but taxis will also come to the house if you let them know where you are. There was always a breeze by the pool and gazebo, which was refreshing. There were beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and pool floats for guests to use. The view from everywhere in the villa is spectacular. We loved the villa so much that we spent some days never leaving! Highly recommend!

Everything was handled professionally by WhereToStay.com and I loved the dashboard to keep us organized for our trip. Shawna answered all our questions quickly. I recommend them!

EauSea was the perfect space for our family vacation, providing ample space for everyone to relax and recharge. Kitchen lighting dim. Outdoor kitchen tiles extremely slippery when wet!! Love levels but a bit challenging for older folks. Overall it was a dream vacation!! We had a great time!

The pictures don’t lie. This home was clean, comfortable and private. Truly, the architecture and layout are top notch. We never had to buy ice. The ice machine in the kitchen keeps it coming! And the water tastes good right out of the faucet.

The villa was absolutely stunning and so happy we chose EusSea. Everything that could have been needed was provided. Our family just absolutely loved this home and cannot imagine coming back and not staying here. You have set such high expectations for future travel. My kids are now spoiled rotten! The gentleman that assisted us in getting to the villa and showing us the house was just wonderful, such a kind man. He also made it a point to call us the next morning to check to see if we were all okay after the island black out the night before. Fantastic all the way around!

Shawna was wonderful, she was always able to answer my questions in a very timely manner which when planning a trip can be one of the most important qualities. We were 1st timers to STJ and we did not feel overwhelmed upon arrival since she had been in constant communication. Thank you!

We stayed 12 nights at the Villa. The layout of the villa is amazing - especially the outside seating and pool/ patio. St. John’s famous north shore beaches (national park) are only a short drive away. Grocery stores are close by. Our family loved the villa. We had many terrific outdoor meals overlooking Great Cruz Bay.

Andrew is absolutely terrific and his recommendations for activities and restaurants are spot on!

EauSea was exquisite! This villa was everything pictured on the website. There were delightful views, and the bench seating in the pool was wonderful!
It would have been perfect if the pool lights worked during our visit, as the rest of the ambient lighting was very lovely. The layout had the perfect amount of privacy for the two families that stayed there. The furnishings were high quality and exceeded our expectations. The decor was gorgeous! The beds were very comfortable and had quality linens. The villa felt private, despite being in busy Cruz Bay and having security cameras on the property. This is the first villa we have stayed in that was so close to town, and we loved having close access to restaurants, grocery stores, and beaches. The neighborhood locals were friendly and waved to us, too. We appreciated the nice blender and ice machine while making frozen, tropical concoctions!
The kitchen was very well-stocked. We realize this is a tropical island, but we were disappointed to find a scorpion and spider on the balcony right outside our game room. There was another spider in the outside bathroom next to the game room. These were seemingly small things, but it was a bit unnerving when we went to sleep. Also, we were disappointed that we received no reply all week from the villa managers when we reported the critters early in our visit. There was a can of Raid in the pantry, however. Also, the shudders bang loudly in high winds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in EauSea and hope to enjoy it on our next visit to St. John!

Eausea Villa was perfect for our family to enjoy during our stay in St. John. We were on the island for our daughters wedding. The four master suites were excellent, and the outdoor showers were great. The house has a great layout for entertaining, and the views from every room are really awesome. The outdoor deck with the grill, dining table, and lounging area was perfect. Our group spent most of our time outside when we were at the house. The fantastic pool was a great place to relax and experience the incredible views. The location was perfect, because we were very close to the wedding-related events going on in Cruz Bay. We would very highly recommend this villa for anyone who wants to have a great place to stay while enjoying the island of St. John.
