Kismet is located on the summit of Maria’s Bluff and offers 360º ocean views that stretch to Chocolate Hole, Great Cruz Bay, St. Thomas, and St. Croix. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset over the horizon every day from the expansive pool deck, garden, and balconies.

Moroccan architecture inside and out combines with lush gardens to create a palatial atmosphere. The private pool is surrounded by twisting columns that spiral up to a tiered, shingle roof and tall palm trees. The pool has space for swimming laps and wading, so any guest can enjoy it. An expansive deck and veranda wraps around the pool, and guests can relax in the hammock, loungers, or hot tub. Take a stroll off the courtyard into the garden planted with exotic date palms, royal palms, tropical flowers, and fruit. There’s a private seating area for quiet moments and an octagonal gazebo with a sunset view. There’s pool toys, beach chairs, and beach bags available, plus an outdoor gas grill for cookouts. A few levels above, there’s an observation deck with elevated views, wraparound sectionals, and Arabian-inspired mosaics. This spacious and fully-screened home has been furnished with total comfort in mind. Kismet is built with three fully air-conditioned pavilions, two hold the bedrooms and baths and one holds the common areas. In the main pavilion, there’s a Great Room with a dining table, flatscreen TV, a dry bar, and veranda access. The nearby media room holds a huge plasma screen, surround sound, plush reclining theatre seats, DVD player, and tons of movies. The gourmet kitchen is spacious and has stainless steel appliances, a flatscreen TV, a breakfast bar, expansive countertops, and custom cabinetry.

All of Kismet’s bedrooms offer a flatscreen LED TV with Blu-ray and WiFi. The master bedroom features a sitting room, king bed, ocean views, and bathroom with a steam shower and bathtub. Two bedrooms are situated in Kismet’s poolside pavilion, and a few stairs lead down to a breezy patio with a Moroccan fountain. Each of these bedrooms has a king bed, ocean view, terrace access, and an ensuite bathroom. The second poolside pavilion holds three bedrooms. All three suites have king beds. There’s also an automatic generator in case of emergencies. Daily housekeeping maintains the villa.

Kismet sits in the center of a peninsula between Great Cruz Bay and Chocolate Hole. Great Cruz Bay is a manmade beach with water sport rentals and an anchored water trampoline. Chocolate Hole is a sand and coral beach used mostly by local fishermen.
