Spent a week in Mango Bay Villa with our family and our kids friends. The villa was perfect for our needs. Amazing ocean views, 10 minute ride to North Shore beaches and villa space for everyone, especially with the pool area on lower level and veranda on upper level. We spent just about every night out on the veranda hanging out with drinks and listening to music or just chatting. The villa surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful - if you like that. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable for everyone. Sitting area in the main level was very comfortable and spacious. Would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a great getaway in St. John.

The staff at WhereToStay were extremely helpful throughout the whole process from beginning of booking all the way through departure. I would definitely use them for our next villa stay. Betsy was great and updated me throughout the process without me having to reach out to her for information

We had a wonderful stay, beautiful home, fantastic view. This house was stocked with dinnerware and supplies.
I did have to contact managers of home for dishwasher service and washer service, but it was handled promptly. Would highly recommend and would stay at again. Thank the Mango Bay Villa team for making this a memorable stay for all of us.

Mango Bay Villa has a spectacular view, with easy access to North shore beaches. There is a gas station and market located not far from the villa, making it very convenient to get supplies. The property is gated, making this isolated villa very safe/secure. All bedrooms have private entrance, and large bathroom/ showers in each. The main living area and kitchen are large enough for several couples to be comfortable in. The deck is large with a great view. There is a washer/ dryer room seperate from the villa, which is nice. I would recommend this villa to anyone for a great stay in St John USVI.

Shawna will certainly save you alot of research and headaches, right from the beginning. She had my families best interest in mind thru the entire process, from start to finish. It will be my priority to get in contact with [email protected] on our next visit to the island. I recommend everyone else do the same. Thank you for everything you did for us Shawna….

This villa provided us with everything we could want. Spectacular views, serene location and quick access to our favorite beaches. The north shore side has so much to offer and with the addition of a gas station market it is the perfect location. The deck was our place to have coffee or drinks daily. Beautiful. We were a group of 6 and wanted equal bedrooms and bathrooms. None of us were disappointed. The washer and dryer were appreciated since we were there for 10 days. We would recommend this as one of our favorite villas.

We had a great experience working with Shawna from the beginning planning stages until the end of our trip. She made everything easy for us. I will definitely use her services again.

Mango Bay Villa has absolutely stunning views and was a very comfortable space for 4 couples vacationing on St. John. The Villa provided ample room for everyone to gather without being on top of each other. The porch overlooking the ocean was spectacular.

The great room could have used a lot more light in the form of overhead lighting (i.e. no light over the dining room table). Stools at the kitchen counter would have been a terrific add. Some of the dining room chairs needed replacement as the bottoms fell out when sat on. The sliding doors were tough to open/close and maybe just need adjustment. Some of the crank windows weren’t working.

The oven may need replacement or servicing - it took a long time for it to come to temperature and one of the knobs to the stove wasn’t working. The ice maker wasn’t working either.

The exhaust connection hose on one of the air conditioning units in the downstairs bedrooms was cracked such that some of the hot air exhaust came back into the room.

Unfortunately, one of our bedrooms was robbed during our stay with cash and other personal belongings stolen. The room wasn’t locked however, as there was trouble with the key to lock it. This was later figured out and all rooms were locked any time we left the Villa.
