The Sea Stone villa was great from start to finish. Easy booking & good communications, everything and anything we needed at the villa. Quiet mornings by the pool or in the hammock watching our iguana friends and evenings watching sailboats drift by as hummingbirds flew through frangipani scented air…it doesn’t get better than this!

This is our second year at Sea Stone. Layout is perfect for 2 couples. It’s nicely appointed, and the view is like no other. We’ve been coming to STJ for 15 years now, and I have to say Sea Stone ranks #1 for us so far. We used to stay on Coral, but being close to town and the beaches is so much better. And when you have a property like this to come home to, you’ve hit the jack pot. We cooked in several nights which was easy on that wonderful grill, and like I said, the view! Maria Bluff is breathtaking. You sort of don’t want to leave. haha - I loved Sea Stone.

We (2 couples) stayed in the Seastone for a week in August. It is the perfect place. Super comfortable inside and great outdoor space. The view is amazing, and it’s a quick drive into town or grocery store. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sea Stone Villa. We will definitely stay again in the future. Everything we needed was right there and couldn’t have been more pleased with the location, amenities and the views. Thank you for the pleasure of staying at the villa.

We had a wonderful visit in St. John at this beautiful little villa, this was our sixth time on the island and this villa was the best one we have stayed at. The pictures on the Internet do not do this Villa justice, I almost did not book this villa, but boy when I seen it I was glad I did. We had a fabulous time and the pool is so refreshing but the view oh my gosh is amazing we actually seen sea turtles swimming down below! Also the gift basket with goodies and drinks was a hit we had such a long travel day and that hit the spot - the water and the juice and the goodies. I give this Villa five stars plus!

My experience with Shawna was excellent!

15 years to date vacationing on STJ. All around, best villa ever! Sea Stone was clean, comfortable, well appointed, views that take take your breath away, quiet and close to town which is important to us. We will definitely be back. I would have liked to get wi-fi in the detached master suite, but it’s by no means a deal breaker, especially when everything else is A+++. Thanks Sea Stone for another memorable year on the island.

We loved Sea Stone Villa! It is clear that the owners have carefully thought through every detail for comfort and beauty both inside and out.

We have two ideas for consideration. The first is that when we arrived, the fragrance that we believe was part of the cleaning products was so overpowering that it stung our eyes, noses, and throats and disrupted our first night’s sleep. We tried airing out the house by opening the side of the house that had screens, but with no cross breeze, that didn’t help. We thought maybe there was a fragrance “plug-in” somewhere that kept emitting the fragrance, but couldn’t find one. The intensity did finally dissipate after about 36 hours. Maybe advise the cleaning staff?

Second, the air conditioning unit in the bedroom was loud and sometimes woke us up when it cycled on and off.

Finally, all of the snorkeling gear leaked water and was not usable. We rented better gear after our first day of snorkeling.

Neither of these issues would keep us from coming back! We loved all of the indoor and outdoor spaces! We can’t wait to stay there again someday.

The house is well equipped, great space and lovely!!! The cushions could be updated and the pool was very cool but that wouldn’t keep us from renting again!! Owner very accommodating and pleasant to work with!!!! The house is a great location!!

Sea Stone Villa hit the nail on the head. This well-appointed villa has private, comfortable master suites and beautiful grounds. We loved the outdoor showers and large baths. The pool is amazing with sweeping vistas of the beautiful blue water. Hearing the waves crash below is the icing on the cake while relaxing with morning coffee or after a day of hiking and visiting beautiful beaches. We have been visiting this little island since ‘97, and have to chock this villa up as the best one yet. We will be back!

We have rented this villa many times now, and have not been disappointed. We rent it for the location, being so close to town, and the fact that it’s right over the water. It has all the amenities you could want for your vacation. Having it cleaned half way through is a nice plus!

Always a great experience working with Shawna! She’s always there if a problem arises, no matter what.

The Villa is beautiful and very comfortable. Ocean views were amazing! We loved the location - it was private, but close enough to town for evening dinners and shopping. There is construction at Villa next door. It didn’t bother us since we were out exploring island all day, but they started before 7am every week day.

When we arrived, there were fresh flowers from the garden in a vase, along with snacks, which was very thoughtful.

Shawna was awesome to work with. Very attentive and quick to answer questions.

Sea Stone’s owner and new management do an excellent job on villa upkeep and service. The only problem is that cellular service only exists in the parking area, due to the villa’s location. Management says the problem is unsolvable.

Shawna has her act together and has good connections on-island.
