Spectacular ocean and sunset view. Very close to down town, markets and beaches. Many outdoor seating locations for sunning, reading, resting and relaxing both in the shade and sun.
Betsy made planning a family vacation easy. With assorted networks for private boat and land transfers, fine dining and beaches our vacation was smooth sailing. WhereToStay website made communication between assorted family members and schedules easy to keep everyone informed. I’d absolutely use WhereToStay on my next vacation.

Perfect for 'couples' and families

We had an awesome week and Villa Rhapsody! The place is just right for those that like essentially 5 master suites and a pool with beautiful sunsets! 5 minutes from the market and Cruz Bay. It’s well equipped with more than the essentials. We will be back :)
Working with Betsy and WhereToStay was just easy. Very informative and the reservation and arrival process and instructions were perfect. We’ll see y’all soon :)

Villa Rhapsody is even more beautiful and spacious than it appears in pictures on the website. It’s well maintained, and stocked with everything our family needed for a fun stay. And, while the last turn on the drive in was a bit scary, the location is perfect, it’s convenient to all of the most popular locations on St. John. But the most amazing feature of the villa is its views. Situated on the edge of a cliff overlooking the bay between St. Thomas and St. John, you can hear the surf and look down into the beautiful blue and turquoise water. Day or night, it was just amazing!

We had the best time at Villa Rhapsody! The pictures don’t even do it justice. The team at Where To Stay, and the villa managers, were fantastic and very responsive. We would definitely rent this villa again, and work with Where To Stay to find another gorgeous property! 10/10 recommend.
Our contacts at Where To Stay helped answer all my questions, offered recommendations, and were quick to respond. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a seemless check in experience and wonderful vacation.

Villa Rhapsody is one in 1 million. The house is laid out beautifully, and the views are unparalleled. The sunsets are to die for, and the location was perfect for getting to the beaches and restaurants in Cruz Bay.
Working with Betsy at Where to Say was a seamless operation. She kept us up-to-date with our contract, and was very helpful in making suggestions that were helpful.

Rhapsody Villa is in a prime location for privacy and the best unobstructed sunset views on the island. My two teen daughters and my friend and her teen daughter enjoyed everything about the villa and our girls vacation. We each had our own room with private entrance, private bath, and private balcony, which made it nice to sneak away for down time from the group when needed. The views from every angle were breathtaking. Being able to hear the ocean waves splashing against the rocks just a few yards below really sets this villa apart. I had been to STJ before and stayed in a different lovely villa higher up, but could not hear the ocean like at Rhapsody. Rhapsody’s location at the water’s edge made this a truly special Caribbean vacation. But the best thing about this villa was just how CLEAN and well-stocked it was. Not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere - it was like walking into a brand new home. Well-appointed rooms stocked with thick towels, fresh soaps and lotions, beautiful linens and beds, as good or better than any 5-star hotel. We made use of the many clean pool toys, beach towels, and kitchen appliances and wares. WhereToStay made everything seamless and easy with first-rate concierge services, helping us coordinate everything from beginning to end. And the gourmet provisions they left for us for our arrival were so appreciated! Our greeter, Abby, was kind and helpful, and gave us some good 4-wheel drive tips for the AMAZING driveway, too. Thank you!

Where to Stay is the perfect companion to any VI trip! They did everything we didn’t even think of! Like everything! It was an amazing trip! My family and I can honestly say it was our favorite vacation yet! The Rhapsody villa was beyond gorgeous! We couldn’t dream up a place with these views! My 3 teen boys thought it was the most perfect place! They even woke up happy! There’s so much room to roam and the rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved the outdoor areas. Yes areas! There’s 3-4 to choose from and each one has a killer view! Each morning I picked a different one to drink my coffee in silence with no boys around! The view and sounds of the ocean were so rad that I could have stayed there forever…. If someone would keep filling my coffee cup! And the pool. Good gosh it was refreshing and the best place to watch the sunset. The villa was equipped with everything you could need! The grocery store is close by. The driveway is hold on to your dash scary, but after a few times almost dying, (just kidding) you figure it out and wouldn’t have it any other way. The views even just driving down the driveway are awe worthy! It was truly a perfect place to stay. You cannot go wrong booking this place! St. John is breathtaking! Thank you to Betsy and Wheretostay crew for all your help!

Wonderful family stay in Villa Rhapsody

The villa was absolutely stunning!
We were a total of 10 guests (5 adults and 5 teenagers). The accommodations were perfect for our group. The villa was very well maintained and clean. The bedrooms were well-appointed. Each bedroom has its own private entrance. The communal spaces are the kitchen/dining and living room. The rooms were all air conditioned and comfortable. The pool is beautiful and all the outdoor decks are so inviting! There were many pool floaties and balls/toys for the kids to play with in the pool. Just note…there is no hot tub as shown in the pictures. Location is perfect! Just a short drive from Cruz Bay ferry. The driveway is ridiculously steep! Supermarkets and restaurants are also a short drive away. Most beaches are 15-20 min drive. Highly recommend this place!
Working with Shawna was very easy. She and her team are in constant communication with you. She is readily available to answer any questions and concerns. We noticed there was no cooler in the house when we arrived. They had a new cooler waiting for us in the house on the following day.

The Villa is extraordinary! I have rented many in St. John over the years all over the island. The location cannot be beat. Well-stocked and well maintained. No problems encountered during our 8 night stay.

Rhapsody St. John, St. John villa review
Rhapsody was a beautiful place to stay and location was excellent. We had a group of 12 - 4 little ones and 8 adults. The highlight for the kids was the pool of course and the adults was the incredible view. It was breathtaking. Sunsets to die for and the lights of St. Thomas were awesome.
Andrew was great to work with. He kept us on top of every step of the process of coming to St John. We had a disabled son that traveled with us and they coordinated each step of getting his dialysis meds delivered to Rhapsody. They were waiting on us when we arrived. I will definitely use “Where To Stay” on our future trips to St John, USVI.

This was a beautiful villa with gorgeous views! It has a great location convenient to Cruz Bay. All 11 of us had a great vacation, and we’ve all been to St. John at least one other time before. We would definitely come again and stay at Rhapsody!
