You can soak up the views from your bed, the hot tub, or even while cooking out on the grill. If gazing at the sea isn’t enough, you can easily reach several beaches within a short drive. In fact, Peter Bay Beach is a short walk down the path from the villa!

Coco de Mer is a tropical paradise with dramatic ocean views, Greco-Roman architecture, and proximity to St. John’s gorgeous beaches. Located in the exclusive Peter Bay gated community, this palatial villa offers ample space for twelve guests.
Doric columns and a stone amphitheater surround the semicircular, 50 ft pool. Potted plants and lush palms add greenery around the exterior to balance the vast turquoise waters stretching across the horizon. Loungers surround the pool, and a dual staircase leads up to the balcony. Guests can unwind in the hot tub after a day exploring the island, and there’s a barbecue grill in the middle of a tiled outdoor kitchen. A SONOS sound system runs throughout the interior and exterior, so guests can adjust music from their personal devices. Coco de Mer’s walking path to Peter Bay Beach begins in the gardens below the pool and meanders down to the silky, white sands and calm waters. This tranquil, quiet beach offers excellent swimming and snorkeling.
Three buildings are spread across the property: a two-level Great House, a two-level Guest House, and a single-level Guest House. A stone courtyard opens to the Great House’s upper level, which contains the kitchen, living area, dining, and powder room. French doors, tiled floors, vaulted ceilings, and rich hardwoods outfit the interior. The living room’s entertainment center includes satellite TV, surround sound, and a video player. If guests choose to dine indoors, the handcrafted, mahogany table offers the perfect setting for any meal. Several restaurants are within a short drive, but the villa is also fully outfitted for home cooking. The kitchen is equipped with rich mahogany cabinetry, a Professional Series Viking gas range, and a stainless steel Kitchen-Aid dishwasher. Custom touches, such as the hand painted sink and panel refrigerator, add luxury to the space. A washing machine, dryer, and a fax machine are also included.
All of Coco De Mer’s bedrooms have king beds, air-conditioning, and French doors that open to views, decks, or balconies. Every bedroom also has a satellite TV and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower. Two bedrooms are spread across either level of the two-story Guest House, both with exterior access only. On the lower level of the Great House, the third bedroom opens to ocean views and an expansive balcony. The fourth bedroom is also on this level, and has two twin beds that can be made up as a king. The most private suite is in the single-level Guest House, which has its own balcony and garden.
Coco De Mer is located on the upper row of the Peter Bay community, minutes from the beach, restaurants at Caneel Bay Resort, and Cruz Bay. Spend a day driving around the North Shore to St. John’s picturesque beaches, nature trails, and scenic outlooks.
