Iris Villa is a retro, modern home designed in a black and white motif. The living room has comfy and contemporary style furnishings while one entire wall is a glass door that opens to the terrace. Out on the terrace you can spend your afternoons sunning in one of the lounge chairs or choose to take a dip in the inviting infinity-edge pool. The stylish kitchen blends in with the decor and runs alongside the family room. There is dining for six as well as a bar that opens out onto the terrace so you can sip cool island drinks while enjoying the harbor views of Grand Cul de Sac. This villa is a fabulous getaway for two couples or a family that wants to relax and rejuvenate.

Iris Villa is located on the heights of Grand Cul de Sac and overlooks the lagoon and Petit Cul de Sac bays. This brand new villa enjoys amazing ocean views from every room in the house. Iris villa offers three large bedrooms. Two bedrooms face the ocean as well as opening to the terrace and pool area. The bedrooms come equipped with A/C, TV, and safe for valuables. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a shower. The living room has stunning ocean and island views and also houses the kitchen and casual dining area. The kitchen is equipped for six guests and includes a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and dishwasher. There is also a wine cooler to store your favorite bottle of wine for that special meal.
This island getaway is perfect for a family or three couples traveling together.

Iris, St. Barts villa review
Villa Iris was absolute perfection. Waking up to those views every morning were priceless.
Beautiful Villa with everything you can possibly think of . Locations was great .
Jean was so helpful with all the planning.
She was always quick to respond with any questions I had. She had so many wonderful suggestions in regards to , restaurants, beaches, spas, car rentals. Nothing that wasn’t covered. Jean stayed in touch all the way through .
