Palmier Royal Estate is a modern, luxurious estate made up of seven separate cottages and two large villas for a total of eleven bedrooms, three pools, and direct ocean access to Marigot Bay. Thanks to the villa’s elevated location above the bay, water views fill every vantage point around the property.

A large deck floats just above the water with easy access to the bay. Guests can recline anywhere on the deck, from the loungers to the large dining table. A paved pathway leads from the waterfront up to the various buildings around the estate. Each of the three pools is surrounded by loungers and ocean views; and, there are various spots to relax in the shade, dine al fresco, and cook in the open breeze. There’s even a Jacuzzi tub at the Turtle House!

Inside, the main villa is all winding staircases, vaulted ceilings, and gleaming wooden floors. Both villas have gorgeous living and dining areas outfitted with tufted leather sofas and armchairs, as well as a mixture of elegant and reclaimed furnishings. The entertainment centers both have large flatscreen TVs. The gourmet kitchens feature stainless steel appliances, charcoal-hued countertops, and ample natural light. The estate’s fitness center features exercise balls, a treadmill, free weights, a flatscreen TV, and top-of-the-line resistance machines.

Palmier Cottage 1 is home to two European king suites with exterior access only, Apple TVs, and ensuite bathrooms with showers and soaking tubs. Palmier Cottage 2 is great for families with young children, as it holds two connected bedrooms. One has two twin beds, and the other has a queen bed. Both have exterior access only and ensuite bathrooms - one has a shower and tub, while the other has a shower. Palmier Cottage 3 and 4 both hold a master suite with a balcony, exterior access only, an Apple TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Palmier Cottage 5 holds two master suites with king beds, Apple TVs, exterior access only, and ensuite bathrooms with showers. Palmier Cottage 6 holds a king suite with a private balcony, exterior access only, an Apple TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Palmier Cottage 7 is also great for families, as it holds a king suite and a twin suite with a bunk bed. Both have Apple TVs, exterior access only, and ensuite bathrooms. These bedrooms, however, are not connected.

Palmier Royal Estate is fully staffed with a housekeeper and chef, who both tend to guests daily. Marigot Bay is a short walk down the path, while restaurants and shops are less than fifteen minutes from the villa.
