The best thing about Grace Villa is how close it is to several of St. Barts’ best beaches. Anse des Cayes is nearest, a popular choice for surfers. St. Jean Beach has a ton of beach bars, shallow water, and a wide strip of sand. Flamands Beach is more quiet and calm, with a few beach bars and gorgeous sunsets. If you want to stay at the villa though, Grace’s terrace is multi-leveled, and the view over the water is breathtaking at sunrise. No amenity is left out, from the fitness room, to housekeeping, to an infinity pool, to the floor-to-ceiling windows all around the property. This villa is impressive, even to the most seasoned travelers!

Grace Villa sits high on the hillside of Anse des Cayes and offers wide open views of the Caribbean. The home has easy access by car to many activities in Gustavia and St. Jean. This split-level is well designed for big groups, such as adult families, friends vacationing together, or corporate retreats.
The outdoor space is truly modern and sleek, with nothing that distracts from the view. The infinity pool with submerged loungers seems to flow into the sea, and is surrounded by a beautiful wooden deck. The glass balcony frames the ocean view, and a partially shaded sitting area is the perfect place to enjoy it. There’s a pass-through window in the kitchen so guests can enjoy a bar top meal on the terrace, and the al fresco dining table is long enough for any feast. On the other side of the villa, an outdoor living space is surrounded by a garden that makes it feel like a true escape. The interior living room is sandwiched between the outdoor living area and the pool, and has a flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and lots of seating. It blends with the cooking and dining areas to create a cohesive entertaining space with an open floor plan. The oversized, gourmet kitchen will please any chef, equipped with a pro-range stovetop, ample counter space, modern appliances and cookware, and an ocean view.
Each of the six bedrooms has a floor-to-ceiling ocean view, a small study, and a flatscreen TV. Two of the bedrooms are on one side of the living area, both with European King-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms, and private decks. The third bedroom is on the other side of the living room, and also has a European King-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and private deck. Two bedrooms lie below the main level, one with a European King-sized bed, and another with twin beds that can be made up as a king. Both have ensuite bathrooms, full tech, and exterior access. The sixth bedroom rests on the lower level, with twin beds that can be converted into a king, full tech, an ensuite bathroom, and a private deck. The fitness room is also on this level, equipped with a flatscreen TV, cardio machines, terrace access, and an ocean view.
Everything is within a 5-minute drive from this villa. It’s a 10-minute walk to Anse des Cayes Beach, and a few miles from three other beaches. Shopping, restaurants, and nightlife in Gustavia is a short drive away, and guests can explore a different side of the island on the Columbier Beach trail just 3 km away.
