L’Enclos Villa is only a 10-minute drive from Flamands or Corossol beaches, and only a five-minute drive from both groceries and restaurants. L’Enclos Villa is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa composed of three independent bungalows and situated on the hillside of Colombier with views of Gustavia, and the neighboring island of St. Maarten/St. Martin.
This private villa is surrounded by tropical gardens and the private infinity-edge pool gives the illusion of overflowing into the sea. Take a moment to relax by the gazebo or the Vigie (upper sun deck) to enjoy the views.
The nicely renovated & fully equipped kitchen with ceiling fan features electric oven and stove, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, blender, electric fruit squeezer, whisk, telephone. Gas BBQ.
The dining area is located by the kitchen and is furnished with a table for 6 guests. The living room is decorated in modern style with cream colour leather sofas and dark wood, and opens onto the terrace by the pool furnished with comfortable furniture.
The master bedroom is located in the upper bungalow. The furnishings include a queen bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, mosquito net and screens, flat-screen television with Canal Satellite (same program as in the living room), DVD and CD player, telephone, dressing. Private terrace and balcony overlooking the ocean. Ocean view en-suite bathroom with shower, 2 wash basins, hairdryer, bathrobes, towels, and beach towels.
Bedroom 2 is located in the middle bungalow. The furnishings include queen bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, safe and mosquito net, television with Canal Satellite (same program as in the living room), DVD and CD player, telephone, dressing. Private balcony overlooking the ocean, with gym area inside the bedroom with a treadmill. Ocean view en-suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, towels, and beach towels.
The infinity swimming pool with counter-current swimming system is available for a challenging swim. The Vigie above the pool offers views of the ocean and the surrounding islands and is equipped with a minibar, Wi-Fi and Ipod dock.
