Decaj Villa, St. Lucia villa review
Everything about the stay was great…from dinner waiting on the stove, to Rowlina & Marguerite ensuring that we were happy every step of the way.
The home was immaculate. I would have ordered ample groceries to be delivered in advance had I known there are 3 refrigerators & it costs a minimum of $60 US to go to the grocery 10 mins away.
Rowlina underestimates herself. She can cook anything!
Marguerite helped with scheduling golf, a boat tour, Friday night party (don’t go at 7pm. It doesn’t kick off until 9pm at the earliest), and she scheduled for in-home massages.
I’d love to send for Rowlina to live with me in the US!!! <3
All was well. It was a little confusing b/c I also worked with Lori.

Once again Andrew and his staff hit it out of the park. All of our plans and our expectations were met nd the staff at the location did a wonderful job meeting our needs. We are already makking plans for next year.
Thank you so much for all you do to make our trips( 10 years and counting ) a wonderful expereince.

I have been doing business with you for eight years. From time to time I reent multiple villas as I did this year. My guest report back to me about their experience. This year I was told that my guest felt like they were in paradise. Service was excellent, staff was friendly and warm. All of their needs were met without issue, and it was the best stay they have ever had. Please note that these were seasoned travelers who go all over the world, so their statement say a lot about the service we received.
As always my experience with Andrew was amazing. Because I often rent multiple villas, that can present a challenge. Andrew is good at closing any loopholes, addressing Issues prior to travel. That in itself allows me to enjoyable time with my guest without the worry of unexpected issues.

Decaj Villa is beautiful, well-maintained, safe, and conveniently located. The staff are exceptional and willing to go the extra mile to make you feel at home. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return whenever we next visit St. Lucia.
Shawna was professional, attentive, and responsive. She was also very accommodating throughout the entire process. I was very impressed by her attention to detail, and she made sure that all arrangements were put in place to ensure we had an enjoyable trip.

Great Experience

We loved our stay at Decaj Villa. It was a great experience, and we enjoyed having Rowlina as a cook and housekeeper. The house was kept clean and the food was delicious. The house manager was very responsive with any inquiries and made sure to quickly arrange our transportation when needed. Overall, I would recommend Decaj Villa especially for families. We’ve done plenty of family trips, but on this trip we were able to spend a lot of quality time as a family and enjoy ourselves in the process.
Andrew was a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions. He followed up with us a week before the trip and a few days before to make sure we had all the arrangements we needed to have a pleasant trip.

A stunning home. IInterestingly there was no photo on the site of the most fabulous view of all, that of the Atlantic Ocean seen from the porch and living room. The place was kept immaculate by the staff. It is a very short drive to 3 beaches, 10 minutes max.

The villa was clean and nice with plenty of room. The staff was great, too. Angela was excellent.
When you visit St. Lucia, you have to be ready for a little adventure (roads are difficult and driving a little nerve wracking). The villa was a refuge. We enjoyed the amazing view.
The downstairs king bed is too hard, and water pressure in the showers was a little weak. However, these were minor concerns and overall everything was excellent.
It was an excellent location for access to beaches, snorkeling and the harbor. It was just a short and easy drive to these.

Decaj Villa, St. Lucia villa review
Six of us stayed at the spacious and beautiful Decaj Villa over the week between Christmas and New Year. On New Year’s Eve, we could see the fireworks from all over the island by standing on the outside deck.
Everything during the week went perfect. All the rooms were clean, and the grounds/pool were great. There were nice views from the deck where we had breakfast every morning.
I’d recommend staying here.

Decaj villa was great and had excellent views. The staff was very accommodating and offered excellent service, with arrangement of excursions and recommendations to do around the island.
Andrew was very accommodating and offered the best advice, tips, and recommendations/excursions around the island. He was extremely helpful!

Decaj Villa, St. Lucia villa review
I’ll start with the negative and get that out of the way. The villa had a leak in the the main family room, but it didn’t cause much of an inconvenience. The owner was coming the day we left, so that problem should be fixed before anyone else stays here.
The mattress on the the king bed down stairs was very hard. If you only use four of the five bedrooms, that wouldn’t be a problem. A ceiling fan in the main living area would have been nice, too. That’s it for the negative.
The villa was beautiful! You don’t have to worry about the villa not being as nice as the pictures. My wife and I came here with three other couples and found the house to be very spacious. The bedrooms were spaced out nicely, so if you and your spouse want to go to your room and do some “reading”, you do have to worry about disturbing the other guests.
The two bedrooms on the main floor had their own bathroom. One bedroom on the lower level had its own and the other two shared one. There was also a nice sitting area and a refrigerator downstairs.
The villa came with an excellent cook. There was some food and beer there when we arrived, and Angela went grocery shopping with us the next morning.
We walked to the beach on the Caribbean side, or should I say “hiked”. Let’s just say the walk is not for everyone, and we only did it once.
All eight of us really liked our stay, and we would definitely stay here again. I would post pictures but my camera got wet at the beach. I hope this was helpful.
