The villa’s skylit foyer opens to a spacious, fully air-conditioned Great Room. The living, dining, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly together in this open-concept space. Comfortable seating faces a flatscreen HDTV, and the dining area seats eight people. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a commercial gas stove, two ovens, an espresso machine, and a breakfast bar outfit the gourmet kitchen. A security system, fire alarms, and a pool alarm ensure peace of mind. A house phone is provided at no charge. High-speed WiFi and central air-conditioning run throughout the house, and the cable TV has U.S. channels as well as six foreign stations.

Belle Vue offers four master suites with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. Each offers a warm atmosphere with ample natural light, ocean views, and comfortable privacy. The suites are equipped with flatscreen TVs, European king beds, electronic safes, walk-in closets, and ensuite bathrooms. Two bathrooms have indoor showers, outdoor showers, and bathtubs. Two of the bedrooms have exterior access and can also be accessed through the adjacent suites. Two bedrooms are located on either side of the villa, and each suite has access to the pool deck.

Belle Vue is a 5-6 minute drive from Orient Bay and only 20 minutes from the French and Dutch capitals, Marigot and Philipsburg. Belle Vue’s sister villa, Monte Verde, is located on the adjacent lot and offers the exact same floor plan and amenities.
