Blue Dove rests within Shore Point, an exclusive, gated community on Cupecoy Beach. With four levels of living space and gorgeous ocean views, this three-bedroom rental offers the perfect space to kick back and relax.
At Blue Dove, there is ample space for guests to relax in the sunshine and breathe in the ocean air. A rooftop plunge pool rests at the edge of a partially shaded, fully furnished terrace. Take a dip in the pool, sunbathe on the nearby loungers, or enjoy a cup of coffee in the cushioned armchairs. The shaded balcony is furnished with a wooden dining table, wicker chairs, and a barbecue grill. Within Blue Dove’s air-conditioned interior, a central elevator and curved stairway connects each of the four levels. On the entrance level, there is one bedroom with two day beds and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub. On the first floor, there are two king suites with ocean views, balconies, ensuite bathrooms, and walk-in showers. On the second floor, there is a spacious living area, a dining area, and an open-concept kitchen. The living room offers a flatscreen TV, cushioned wicker armchairs and sofas, and glass-paneled wooden doors. The dining area seats six guests around a glass-topped table. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a large center island, a blender, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster. On the top floor, there is a king suite with access to the pool deck, an ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in shower.
Cupecoy Beach is only a minute away from Blue Dove, and Porto Cupecoy’s marina, shops, and restaurants are right across the street. A washer and dryer are available, as well.

Blue Dove. A bit of paradise in paradise
Blue Dove, St. Martin villa review
We have stayed on SXM, and specifically in Shorepoint several times. I think we might have even stayed in Blue Dove years ago. That said, this was one of our best experiences staying on the island. Blue Dove was an awesome villa and great location. The setup and decor was exactly what we wanted for a relaxing vacation. The villa was very well appointed with amenities and relaxing atmosphere. The views from the main level and roof type could not be beat. We loved also having our own private rooftop pool. Worth the extra spend for us! Might be small to some, but this villa had the best air conditioning of any villa we have stayed at in Shorepoint which was important to us. Whether you are looking for a splurge for yourself, or a great spot for family or larger group, Blue Dove would be an amazing choice. Bordering next to the French side, we were steps from the groceries, several great restaurants and bakeries and only a short drive to spots like Maho, Mullet Bay, the airport and Simpson bay. The villa is only 30min drive to Philipsburg and parts of the French side. Would 100% recommend Blue Dove to anyone looking for a little luxury in paradise at a good value. We will be back!
First, Betsy was amazing. Would 100% use Where To Stay and Betsy again. This was not our first time to SXM, or even staying at the villas in Shorepoint. Betsy helped make the planning process seamless and painless. She was very responsive, and extremely patient and helpful from the booking and more so the planning piece of it all. She helped coordinate delivery of our rental car and groceries, and provided a lot of recommendations and insight before we even landed. She made the experience great before we even got there. While at the villa, Giovanni was our concierge. The level of service from Giovanni and the team was exceptional. Giovanni was very attentive to anything we needed. He especially helped us set up in-house massages which was one of the best experiences we had during our trip. I looked forward to using Where To Stay, and Betsy and team in the future.
