When you look out from the second-level deck at Grand Palms, you’ll see luscious St. Martin flora and a peek of turquoise sea. But it’s the nighttime lighting in and around this villa that tends to steal the show. Soak up the sun and enjoy your evenings out on either deck, in the pool, or right on Plum Bay Beach, which is just a quick walk away. Your upper level features AstroTurf flooring and plenty of places to kick back with each other, including the hot bub. Below, you have the extended pool with a full-length wading area, as well as a pool table and tons of lounging options. Grand Palms also comes with a gourmet kitchen, 3 bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms (each with an outdoor shower), living and dining spaces, Apple TVs, WiFi, a washer and dryer combo, and everything else that makes for a convenient getaway. Plus, I haven’t even mentioned the housekeeping, gardening, and pool services. It’s St. Martin’s extravagance and simplicity wrapped up in one villa.

Grand Palms Villa is situated across from the public access to Plum Bay Beach. Among the exclusive villas of the Terres Basses, this open concept villa has a sprawling main-floor pool deck with an incredible second-floor lounge area that includes a hot tub, sun loungers, an al-fresco dining area, and an outdoor living room to watch the sunset.
The three king-sized bedrooms with water-facing views include flat-screen televisions with Apple TV, ceiling fans, and air conditioning. The massive en-suite bathrooms also include indoor/outdoor showers.
This modern villa boasts a large indoor living space, but the best part takes place outside around the pool area. There are large, white lounging couches and the pool table to enjoy before or after dinner while sitting around the kitchen counter bar.
At night, enjoy the colorful lights of the pool from inside your gourmet kitchen, or while watching a movie from the living room. Keep the large sliding doors open to still hear the waves from the ocean.

Grand Palms Villa, St. Martin villa review
We had a wonderful vacation at Grand Palms Villa. You could not ask for a better location. The location was nice and quiet with a gorgeous beach and not far from many amenities. The view from the veranda was breathtaking and sailboats cruised by all day. The pool was amazing and always refreshing. Lots of wildlife to appreciate on the property. Kate did an amazing job cleaning and was always a pleasure to chat with. The only complaint was that the Internet was patchy all week, which made it difficult to do work abroad. Otherwise, no complaints. We would definitely recommend this villa to all of our friends and family.
Jean had a lot of great recommendations, which we took advantage of and had a blast.

Large indoor space. Modern design with large swimming pool. Very close to plum bay beach. Upstairs was amazing for sun tanning and reading.
Wheretostay was amazing to work with. Fast replies, answers all the questions I had and Andrew has been to the property so he was great at providing additional details about the property. Lori was super, she was quick to respond and helped a lot with the planning.
