The unique terrace sits in the middle of a lush lawn facing the sea. The terrace wraps around either side of the freeform pool, with loungers for guests to sunbathe on. The outdoor living area sits under an open-air structure that faces the sea, and an al fresco dining table sits behind. The dining table is conveniently near the kitchen on the right-facing side of the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances as well as an espresso machine, coffee maker, wine cooler, and ice maker. The middle of the villa holds the living and dining area, which can be opened to the island breeze or locked shut depending on guests’ preferences.
