L’Oasis Villa perches on the far end of Baie Rouge, one of St. Martin’s most beloved beaches, amongst oceanside cliffs and breathtaking views. The villa’s unique architecture follows the cliff’s sloping incline and incorporates three stories, six bedrooms, and two swimming pools.
A gorgeous stretch of golden sand reaches across the property. One of the villa’s pools rests on the beach amidst loungers, a sundeck, a shaded gazebo, and submerged daybeds. A staircase ascends to the upper level, which holds the villa’s main pool and sundeck. This pool’s asymmetrical design winds across the diamond-shaped sundeck, balcony, and veranda. On one side of the pool, there is a lounging balcony that hangs over the beach. A stone table with chairs and an umbrella borders the other side, and a cozy sitting area with two egg-shaped armchairs rests in the shade near the veranda. The veranda shades a large cushioned sectional that has plenty of room for large groups. A stone staircase leads up to the living area and covered dining terrace, which seats 12 guests against a gorgeous ocean backdrop.

Lush gardens envelop the main entrance, which leads to a domed foyer and large double doors. These doors open to the grand living area, which enjoys vaulted ceilings, air-conditioning, and natural stone floors. Contemporary decor blends with Caribbean details throughout the comfortable lounge, indoor dining room with seating for 10, and adjoining media room. The media room offers a flatscreen TV with surround sound and plush seating. WiFi is available throughout the property. An archway from the living room opens to the spacious, gourmet kitchen, which is well-equipped with large windows, ocean views, bright white cabinets, quartz countertops, and professional-grade appliances. L’Oasis Villa also offers a steam room, massage and manicure tables, a hot tub, and a home gym with a treadmill, elliptical, and free weights.

Each of the six bedrooms has ocean views and ensuite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are master suites. On the upper level, there’s a master suite with a private sundeck and a spacious bathroom with a hydro tub and walk-in shower. On the pool level, there is a master suite with a private terrace, a circular bathtub, and a double shower with floor-to-ceiling windows on the cliff’s edge. The third master suite is also on the pool level and has a four-poster bed, arched glass doors framing the sea, and a large rain shower. Each of the bedrooms offers a king bed, closet space, a flatscreen TV, and a safe.
