La Perla Palais is located beachfront within the gated community of Baie Rouge Residence. It is the principal property of three in the La Perla Collection.

When arriving to La Perla Palais, guests will be greeted with tropical gardens and a grand staircase leading up to the villa’s main floor.

Upon entering the villa, guests can stroll out onto the terrace, where they will find an incredible swimming pool and plenty of comfortable seating options for lounging by the pool or dining alfresco. The lower level is home to both a gym and a media room. 

The spacious living area features ample seating and transitions smoothly into the gourmet kitchen. White hues accentuated with blue and gray furniture creates a luxurious atmosphere. The large window frames and sliding doors blend the indoors and outside seamlessly.

There are five bedrooms in La Perla Palais. There are four suites on the main floor, all of which have direct access to the pool terrace and provide stunning views of the ocean. Three of these suites are king beds and one has a queen. The king suite on the lower floor has a view of the garden. At La Perla Palais, each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, television, and a safe.

La Perla Palais is staffed by a chef and housekeeper, and can be rented on its own or with its two sister villas.
