On the main level, the infinity pool sits in the middle of the outdoor space, with bay and sea views. The terrace offers dining for 10, with a full bar next to the pool. Round couch chairs with sun covers are placed by the pool for optional sunbathing, and there’s also a path in the back that leads down to the water. The covered dining area opens to the villa’s spacious family room, with a wraparound couch and four oversized chairs. The open floor plan on this level incorporates the indoor dining area, which seats 10. The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen has every appliance a cook may need, and an island for additional cooking space. There’s also a breakfast bar between the kitchen and dining area, and a sliding glass door that opens to more outdoor dining.

Most of the bedrooms located on the main level of the villa. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, personal safe, and ensuite bath with a Jacuzzi tub and shower. The second and third bedrooms also offer a king-sized bed, with closet space and an ensuite bath with shower. On the lower level, a one bedroom apartment offers additional living and sleeping quarters. This apartment has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, personal safe, and ensuite bath. There’s also a living area, fully equipped small kitchen, and an outdoor terrace area with dining. This level can be accessed from inside or outside the villa.

Sea La Vie is a 5 minute walk from Gibbs Bay Beach and a 5 minute drive from Dawn Beach. The supermarket and dining area are ten minutes away.
