Emerald Beach lies at the tip of Grace Bay, and Mangrove Cay rests across from the villa. Guests can use the villa’s kayaks or rent standup paddle boards to explore the mangroves’ wildlife, including rock iguanas, exotic birds, and sea creatures. The villa’s private sundeck enjoys panoramic ocean views and al fresco dining, cooking, and living space. Sunbathe on loungers by the sea or pool to easily keep an eye on young swimmers. Cool off in the infinity pool morning or evening, and gather around the firepit for a glass of wine on starlit nights. The lower level deck holds a cushioned sectional and games table, while the upper level deck holds the pool, loungers, dining, and BBQ grill.

Expansive sliding doors lead into Allegria’s open-concept interior. Almost every room enjoys ocean views, and WiFi and air-conditioning are available throughout the property. The main living area features vaulted ceilings, vibrant and plush armchairs, and direct access to the upper deck. The adjacent dining area seats 10, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a gas stove. The game room offers a ping pong and foosball table. There is also a laundry room for guests to use as they please. Six bedrooms are spread across three levels, and each has an ensuite bathroom, ceiling fans, and natural light. On the upper level, there are two king suites and one queen suite. On the main level, there is one queen suite. On the beach level, there is one king suite and one twin suite.
