We had the best time at Conched Out! There were 13 of us and plenty of room and things to do for everyone! The staff of Reggie, Ell Bee and Dominica made sure to keep the Villa in tip top shape and clean as a whistle! The added surprise were the 2 men that cleaned the beach of all the seaweed every single day!!!! It was a futile job but they did it and did it well. Any issues that came up, were handled immediately and even some we weren’t aware of were replaced and corrected. The views, the house, the area and even the hospital visit that was needed was amazing! The amenities surpassed our expectations. The owners thought of so many special touches when it comes to cooking for large groups of people.
The memories we were able to make will last a lifetime. Andrew and Sharon were very helpful throughout the entire time from booking until the vacation took place. We would definitely use their company again. They made us feel very special and secure that what we saw online, was truly what we will experience.
We would recommend this home to everyone and won’t be surprised if we don’t rent it again!!!

There were 10 adults and 1 child. Plenty of room for everyone. Long Bay Beach is in my opinion a much nicer beach than Grace Bay. Sooo much quieter and you can literally walk the whole beach and not see anyone. Grace bay is only 5 minutes away for restaurants, etc. We all really enjoyed feeling like you had the whole beach to yourself.

Be aware that the airport is small and traveling Sat- Sat is a nightmare. Very long lines and no air conditioning. Barely had enough time to catch our flight, and we got there 2 1/2 hrs before departure.

My friends and I stayed here for my birthday pre-covid, back in November 2019! It is now August 2021 and I’m here just now writing a review because we enjoyed our stay that much.

The house is absolutely amazing, and it is what made the trip one of the best ones I’ve been on. The vibe is unmatched, it’s a beachfront property and has every amenity you’ll need. We opted to cook ourselves, so every morning we’d make ourselves breakfast while lounging by the pool, then we’d hop in the ocean then head back to the pool. This is how everyday went, and we’re 100% positive it wouldn’t have been in the same if we didn’t have this house.

Andrew was very helpful and answered all my questions so quickly, and gave me all the recommendations I needed! If you decide to stay here, you won’t regret it!

We spent a glorious week in this beautiful villa enjoying the best vacation we had in years. The villa was spacious and easily accommodated all 11 of us. Can not say enough about how great it was. So good that we booked it again for next year.

Andrew made the process simple. Even with the delays caused by Covid-19 (we were originally scheduled for 2020) we were able to reschedule with no problems. His recommendations were spot on and fit our needs perfectly.

Our family of nine had a wonderful time at Conched Out. The arrangement of the 7 bedrooms and the common space was perfect offering individual space along with wonderful, beautiful space for the family to gather and spend time together. We would certainly love to return to Turks and to Conched Out again. It truly was the perfect vacation.

Absolutely incredible house with incredible views. We were welcomed with smiles, cold towels and a very delicious rum punch upon our arrival. Very nice touch after traveling.

Sharon took full ownership to making sure that we had an incredible experience. She knew it was my wife’s birthday and went above and beyond to make sure my wife had the perfect experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about Turks and gave great recommendations while we were there. Her follow up from start to finish was spot on!!

We had an amazing vacation at Conched Out. The house was very large and comfortably accommodated 16 people including teens, adults, and elderly grandparents. There are four large, comfortable bedrooms upstairs and three bedrooms downstairs. The house is well-kept, and the property is very private. Hector, the caretaker, keeps to himself but is incredibly helpful and easily accessible. There was a wonderful breeze coming off the ocean during our stay, so we primarily used the air-conditioning while we were sleeping. We made great use of the pool and ocean.

Andrew was a pure joy to work with and incredibly helpful. We took advantage of several of Andrew’s recommendations. The BEST recommendation was hiring Chef Jonathan Krespil from Caicos Cuisine for three nights. He created memorable dinners and was very easy to work with. Chef Jonathan was accommodating, offered great selections, and left the house spotless. I highly recommend treating yourself to a relaxing, chef-prepared dinner.

Andrew was readily available to answer all our questions by phone or email. We received outstanding service and appreciated his help navigating little blips along the way. We had a wonderful experience booking through WhereToStay, and highly recommend Andrew’s service.

My family and I just returned from our amazing vacation to Turks and Caicos. We all loved Conched Out. This house was perfect! We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. We had a large group and everyone said they would definitely book this home again. We loved staying on Long Bay Beach. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
