Hawksbill Estate is a fully staffed beachfront villa with a plethora of luxurious facilities. This property is located on Grace Bay and is divided into many structures to serve as a multigenerational getaway.

The grounds include a large swimming pool with a hot tub, in-pool loungers, and a raised daybed. A stylish fire pit and loungers by the water may be found on the beach. Guests get solitude and serenity while being on one of the Caribbean’s most popular beaches since Hawksbill is located on the primarily residential, eastern edge of Grace Bay. The expansive stone terrace of the house features many dining and living rooms in the shade and sun, all with a spectacular ocean view. Near the property’s entrance, there’s also a gym, basketball court, and tennis court. The Great Room in the main house features unequaled views of Grace Bay and central air-conditioning. The family area has lots of entertainment options, including board games, a flatscreen TV, shuffleboard, and a small library. The open plan living and dining space at Hawksbill is framed by a vaulted ceiling, innovative lighting, and travertine tile floors. One wall leads to a garden courtyard, while the other leads to the back patio. The kitchen boasts stainless steel equipment, a breakfast bar, and mahogany cabinets, and it also opens to the back patio.

The Main House has five of the estate’s bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The living area also has a king sofa bed. Two suites on the lower floor feature ocean views, while two are set up as kids’ rooms. Both ocean view rooms offer a king bed, flatscreen TV, exterior access, and seating. One ensuite bathroom features a rain shower, while the other has a rain shower as well as an outdoor shower garden. Both of the children’s bedrooms include flat-screen TVs and ensuite bathrooms. The first bedroom features two double beds and a shower, while the second bedroom has a twin/king bunk, a tub, and a shower. The walnut staircase leads up to the master suite, where sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony. The suite contains a king bed, a dressing room, a tub and shower in the ensuite bathroom, and balcony chairs. Another master suite with plenty of seclusion and privacy is located on the opposite side of the pool. The suite offers a king bed, its own terrace, and a double shower with views of the ocean. Finally, behind the Main House is a Guest House with its own kitchen and living area. The Guest House features a dining terrace, ocean views, and two bedrooms with ensuite baths. One suite contains a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and dual vanities. The other suite features a double bed, two twin beds, and a flat-screen television.

The Beach House’s outdoor terrace has both shaded and sunlight lounging areas. Dine al fresco after grilling a delicious feast on the BBQ, or sit back and relax in the recliners with a drink in hand. The Great Room has a flatscreen TV, plenty of seating, and a wall-to-wall ocean view. Only a breakfast bar separates the modern, open kitchen from the living and dining rooms. Stainless steel appliances and a clean design mix with cathedral ceilings to give the intimate area an uncluttered appearance. Two king suites flank the Great Room, each with ensuite bathrooms, TVs, and veranda access. A spiral staircase on the balcony or a pathway from the pool lead to the twin/queen bunk suite.

Hawksbill’s design is transitional and flexible to individual demands, making it ideal for large family vacations, business retreats, weddings, and other special occasions. For convenience, the cook, housekeeper, and butler reside on-site, while Grace Bay’s main attractions are a short drive away.
