Cannot stress enough how sheerly breathtaking it is to wake up each morning at Ocean Edge Villa to the soothing sound of waves lapping at the shore and the expansive views across Grace Bay—not to mention the mere 30 steps it takes to get from the back deck to the beach. We absolutely loved our week on island - wonderful restaurants (Grace’s Cottage and Coco Bistro in particular), lovely people, and an amazing villa to call ‘home.’

Andrew and the staff at WhereToStay.com along with the on-site team were all gracious, accommodating, and committed to making our stay a memorable and relaxing experience. Looking forward to a return visit in the not-too-distant future, and can’t imagine not renting one of these three pristine side-by-side villas for our next stay.

Just a great villa! Perfect for two people. Listen to the waves at night, steps from the beach (and reef w turtle watching). Private, very well appointed, pool was a fan favorite! Close to nice restaurants. Our second time, highly recommended!

We rented Ocean Edge Villa, we don’t know what to say but, ‘WOW’. It exceeded our expectations. The villa was gorgeous, the views, the pool, the ocean steps away from the back door right onto Smith’s Reef! The snorkeling was incredible. Turtles, Rays, colorful fish everywhere. Just breathtaking! We had pure relaxation which was the ultimate goal. We didn’t even have to try…you walk in and just relax and unwind instantly. The food in the area was great, the people were SO friendly and helpful. We would love to come back again. We even became friends with our next door neighbors at Sea Edge Villa. They were from a neighboring city in NC where we lived! Cooked dinner together, went on a jet ski tour together too! So much fun. Thanks again for everything! Betsy sent recommendations and we always checked them before venturing out. Great recommendations!!! If we could give 10 stars we would!

What a beautiful villa with the most awesome view and immediate access to the wonderful Turks and Caicos waters! All of the amenities you could ask for are at your fingertips. Private pool and private beach access were huge bonus features. Property management personnel and concierge were very responsive and catered to our every ask. We will definitely stay here again upon our next visit to the island. The neighborhood is private, yet it has close access to shopping, eateries and grocery store. A major winner for those who are seeking an awesome villa experience.

We loved our stay at Ocean Edge Villa which is a one bedroom villa. Our unit was so pretty and private just like the pictures showed. They have lots of landscaping which keeps your area private. The pool was clean and had 2 floats and lay out chairs. The bath room was stocked with toilet paper and plenty of towels and washcloths so we did not have to wash while there. The villa was also clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies. The walk to the beach was short and beautiful. I would recommending staying in this villa especially if you are wanting some romantic alone time.

Andrew was so easy to work with from day one when we were trying to book our trip. We changed our dates twice due to issues and he responded to emails on Friday night and Saturday to get us all fixed up. He sent many emails with possible questions, places to visit/eat, documents that were required due to COVID. He was on top of giving us information and keeping us informed.

Ocean Edge was simply the perfect spot for a couple. The villa was pristine and had an amazing sunset view. The pool was refreshing and only steps from the ocean. This ocean spot is best for snorkeling, and the villa even had gear for us to use. There is no dishwasher, so be ready to wash each dish you use. Reggie walked us through the villa and provided a comprehensive overview of the map - including the best spots to visit and eat. We did not want to leave!

Andrew was fantastic. He was extremely responsive and provided a huge list of his favorite places to eat and the best things to do.

Ocean Edge Villa is the perfect place for two. We had a wonderful vacation here! It was within walking distance to 3 restaurants, one of our favorites being the Italian place, Bacci. Also a little further on the hillside was the Magnola restaurant, which had great food and views of the ocean. I highly advise booking a reservation at most restaurants. The villa is in a great location, only 10 minutes to a supermarket and further 5 minutes brings you to different resorts and restaurants to try.

Right outside the villa, there’s a great spot for snorkeling. The villa provides Tommy Bahama chairs, an umbrella, and a cool box, all of which you can take to any beach. One of the best places is right outside the villa, on the beach, with your toes in the water and a glass of wine in hand watching the sunset.

Working with WhereToStay and Andrew was an easy experience. All our questions were answered promptly and honestly.
