Chalk Sound is absolutely gorgeous, well-developed, and famous solely with locals and frequent visitors. I love how much glass and screened doors there are in On The Rocks, because it maximizes the tropical views. There’s also easy sea access so you can go snorkeling, swimming, or seashell-collecting whenever you want.

Waterfront villa in a gated community!
On The Rocks is a three-bedroom waterfront home designed for family vacations. This luxury villa is situated on almost two acres of the southwestern shore in the exclusive Silly Creek Estates. Silly Creek is a private gated community that offers convenience and bliss on the edge of Chalk Sound National Park.
The oblong pool wraps around the back of the house, and the hot tub sits nearby. Relax in the hammock under the gazebo ten steps away from the ocean, or wander down to the sandy beach and clear water. This calm, shallow entry point is perfect for collecting shells, wading in the water, or launching off for a snorkeling trip. Toast the sunset with a cocktail before dining al fresco in the screened terrace. At night, the home glows with landscaping lights.
The home was laid out to take advantage of the views and tropical surroundings. On The Rocks has an open-floor concept in which the family, dining, and kitchen areas open to the patio and pool area. There are two large suites on the bottom level with king beds, TVs, ensuite bathrooms, and private patios. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and two balconies with 360º views.
On The Rocks is 15 minutes from basically anything on the island. The home’s location on the edge of a national park provides miles of shoreline and deserted beaches to explore. Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay are just down the road, and there’s great waterfront dining a few minutes away at Las Brisas.

Perfection!
On the Rocks, Turks and Caicos villa review
This villa has it all.
We were three couples in their 50s, wanting to get away from it all. After settling in, we barely left the villa. No one wanted to leave the beautiful views of the water, the relaxing gazebo or screened porch, the calming waters of the pool or easily accessible ocean. Instead, we invited in massage therapists and enjoyed full body massages in the gazebo right next to the water. We grilled out, listened to music on the surround sound system, and lounged around in the multiple places this villa offered. We enjoyed being picked up on the dock and taken on a boat trip where we got to swim with wild dolphins. It was the best vacation we ever had, and we’ve had a lot of great vacations. The kitchen was huge and well stocked, management was extremely helpful and responsive to our requests, and the location was quiet and off the beaten path - exactly what we like. We hope to visit again and stay at this amazing place.

On the Rocks was the perfect home for our family of “over 21” kids to gather, enjoy the ocean and relax. The home was perfectly appointed- couldn’t ask for more!
Andrew was great! The whole process was seamless. And, when I did have questions, he picked up the phone every time I called or called back with in minutes if I left a message.

My family of four LOVED On The Rocks. Beautiful water in your backyard and the refreshing pool made for a great week. The property reps were knowledgable and responsive. We are pretty self sufficient, so we don’t require much, but knowing they were a phone call away was comforting.
The property offers so many areas to hang out together or to escape for some quiet/nap time. On The Rocks is a clean house with a well-stocked kitchen, BBQ, and everything else you could need. We enjoyed exploring the island, but always found ourselves excited to head back to the villa. The villa’s privacy compared to a resort’s publicness is what we’ll come back for!
