Reef Pearl Villa, with it’s private swimming pool, relaxing hammock, and perfect beachfront location is the ideal getaway spot for family or group of friends. Located a quick minutes’ walk to Grace Bay beach, the snorkeling is some of the best on the island, and watersports are available nearby. With a hot tub for beachside cocktails, there’s a little something for everyone!

Great for families!

Reef Pearl offers guests a private, powder white sand beach, ocean views, and Turks and Caicos’s best snorkeling. This three-bedroom beach house is part of the exclusive Turtle Cove neighborhood on Grace Bay Beach.

Guests can walk to Turtle Cove Marina’s seven restaurants, dive shop, and water excursions, or stroll along miles of sugar-white sand on Grace Bay Beach. The villa has a deluxe golf cart, a one-seater kayak, and a two-seater kayak. Golf carts are available for a quick trip to the beach on Reef Pearl’s property and can be used on Bridge Rd too! This means they may drive to the Coffee Shop, Baci and Shark Bite. It can’t go to Mango Reef or Magnolia. Smith’s Reef is in the villa’s backyard, and offers the best snorkeling on the island. The villa has its own freshwater pool, hot tub, and manicured gardens. There’s a range of pool and snorkeling equipment for guests to use as well. Inside, there’s a recreation room with a billiards table and a ping pong table.

Both the upper and lower levels have their own living room, private access, and sofa bed. On the upper level, there’s an open-concept kitchen that’s fully furnished, a cozy living room, and a formal dining room. On this level, there’s a master suite with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There’s also a second bedroom with a large living room, a king bed (or two twins), and a queen/twin bunk bed. This level can be accessed via an exterior staircase and has a large wraparound porch. Downstairs, there’s a beach level apartment with a king suite, a full kitchen, a living room with a 60’ flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom. The recreation room is also on this level.

Reef Pearl is an excellent choice for active adults and children. The villa offers a $150 A/C allotment and cribs, pack n plays, high chairs, and a jogging stroller for a nominal fee.

Hot tub can be heated for a flat fee of $100.

Standard kayaks are included. Special clear kayaks may be rented at $100 per hour each, with a minimum 4 hour rental, plus a $500 deposit.

Beach Walk about one and a half minutes to the beach. The house considered beachfront but just recessed a bit.
Transfers After arriving at the airport guests will secure their rental vehicle, and use the directions provided by their villa specialist to drive to the property.
Included You are given the first $150 per week of electric cost at no charge. Golf carts are available for a quick trip to the beach on Reef Pearl's property and can be used on Bridge Rd too, meaning you can drive to the Coffee Shop, Baci and Shark Bite (im afraid you can't go to Mango Reef or Magnolia). Standard kayaks are available.
Children Welcome; High chair, pack n' play are complimentary; Full size wooden crib is $150/week. Jogging stroller also available for a nominal fee.
Additional Additonal guests up to 9, $450/person + tax; A/C is metered. Any overage above the $150 allowance will result in additional charges. Car rental, private chef, butler, server, daily maid service, grocery and beverage shopping (pre-arrival and during your stay), liquor and wine delivery, nanny service, baby equipment, spa services, yoga and personal training, photography, and private airport transfer/car service can be arranged for an additional fee. Hot tub heating is $100/week. Special 100% clear kayaks are available for rent at $100 per hour each, with a minimum 4 hour rental, plus a $500 deposit.

AMAZING family vacation!

Reef pearl was everything we hoped it would be and more. The location is amazing, especially that the house is set back a little from the beach. The beach front is stunning and so relaxing in the shade. We brought the MIL, and she had her own space on the first floor which was perfect. Heaven at Reef Pearl

Reef Pearl Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review

We stayed at Reef Pearl in June and it was lovely. The home was very nice, well cared for. The beach was amazing. There is a grounds keeper (he was so kind) that made sure everything was clean and safe. He set up our beach each morning even raked the seaweed from the beach. He cleaned the pool everyday. We felt well cared for! The golf cart was so fun and made it so easy to go back and forth to the beach. Having a gate to the ground make us feel like we had out own resort. The location was great close to several great dining options. The beds in the second bedroom has amazing pillow tops that made it feel like amazing. The master bed was a bit firm for me but that didn’t take away anything from out amazing trip.

Working with Andrew was a dream. He gave us great advise and guidance. I wished he helped me with all my vacations!

Excellent Vacation

Reef Pearl Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review

I stayed in Reef Pearl Villa for a week with my 9- and 11-year old children, and we had a blast. All of the amenities were excellent, and we had the best of both worlds with quiet beach access, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, easy access to Turtle Cove, and an ideal location just a short walk from every part of Grace Bay. Thank you for an excellent time!

Paradise Found

Reef Pearl Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review

This was our second trip to Reef Pearl, and it was just as fun the second time around. The beach is stunning, and it’s just a short swim from Smith’s Reef. Fritz was present daily to take care of the property and clean the pool. He’s very friendly and can help out if something is wrong. The microwave was out during our visit, but that didn’t matter too much. Our boys loved playing darts and ping pong every night after dinner. We had a great time and are looking forward to returning.

We enjoy working with Andrew, and everything went according to plan.
