Roi Soleil is set on two beachfront acres on the southern coast of Providenciales. This villa is a beach-lover’s paradise, thanks to the villa’s water sports equipment and secluded, seaside location.
The wraparound staircase and flagstone walkway lead down to the pristine shore, where guests can kayak, paddle board, or snorkel on their own stretch of the sea. There are also beach umbrellas, beach toys, and life vests available for guests. Rinse off in one of two outdoor showers before taking a dip in the infinity pool or sunbathing in loungers on the coral stone deck above the beach. The deck comes alive at sunrise and sunset, with up close and personal ocean views that can’t be beat. Take full advantage of the sunsets while cooking on the grill, dining under the veranda, or sinking into the hot tub with a cocktail in hand. Inside, guests can enjoy movies from the villa’s DVD library on the flatscreen TV or catch up on family time over some board games by the large bay windows. Roi Soleil has two fully-equipped kitchens, one in the Main House and one in the Guest House. The Guest House also has its own living area similar to the Main House’s.
The Main House’s air-conditioned bedrooms are split up between the upper and main levels. The main level suite has a queen bed, a 42” LCD TV, an ensuite bathroom, and exterior access to the terrace. The upper level holds the master suite and a twin suite. The master suite has a king bed, a 42” LCD TV, an ensuite bathroom, and access to a private balcony. The twin suite has two beds that can be made up as a king, a 42” LCD TV, access to the balcony, and shares a bathroom with the common area. In the Guest House, there’s a queen suite with a 42” LCD TV, exterior access, and an ensuite bathroom. The Guest House’s living area has a queen sofa bed as well.
With four bedrooms, beach access, and an independent Guest House, Roi Soleil would be an ideal choice for a large family or for a couples vacation. Electric gates and security cameras guarantee guests’ privacy and security while relaxing on Turks and Caicos’ most popular island.

Outstanding Villa!
Roi Soleil, Turks and Caicos villa review
Just completed a week-long stay at Villa Roi Soleil (3rd week of June) with my family of five. I booked through WhereToStay.com and that process was easy and smooth with excellent communication. In addition, there was excellent communication and checking in on how things were going by the owner, David, and the property manager, Gedeon.
We found the Turtle Tail area to be ideal as we prefer to be off the main Grace Bay strip but still close to all the great restaurants and various activities. The villa is beautifully appointed with clean, nice size bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas. The design style and furnishings were high quality, visually appealing, and comfortable. The lower-level bedroom has a great outdoor shower with a securable privacy screen that completely closes off the shower and the associated lower-level bedroom entrance to the common outside area, providing total privacy when showering. The kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget we could want and more. All bedrooms had very effective AC which was a must for us to sleep comfortably in the June heat. During the day we turned off bedroom AC and enjoyed the ocean breeze that flowed nicely through the screen porch and other areas of the villa.
Kayaking to nearby small islands was a highlight as was enjoying the stunning infinity pool that overlooks the ocean. It is difficult to adequately describe the impossibly beautiful views from virtually every point in the villa.
Finally, I would be remiss if I failed to share our favorite end to evenings, which was to turn off all the lights, including the underwater pool lights, lay in the lounge chairs, and simply gaze at the incredible display of stars in the pitch-black sky while playing our favorite song list through the poolside speakers. Sheer bliss.
My experience with WhereToStay.com was terrific as it was easy and smooth with excellent communication.

Roi Soleil, Turks and Caicos villa review
We had a fabulous family vacation on a dream island. The house has an incredible ocean view and is very comfortable. We have nothing to complain about, and everything was fabulous. We really enjoyed the villa and the island. A special mention to David & Gedeon.
We had a super booking experience through WhereToStay! It was easy and safe.
I had never heard about WhereToStay before, but it is highly recommended.
