Perfect for a couple's getaway!
Sea Edge Villa is located on Providenciales’ north shore near Grace Bay and Smith’s Reef. This two-story villa offers ocean views, lots of outdoor space, and easy beach access.
This vacation rental is a short swim from Smiths Reef, so guests can snorkel every day if they want to. The beach is more private than busier Grace Bay, and the ocean view is unobstructed by bars or restaurants. At the villa, guests can relax in privacy on the deck by dipping into the plunge pool, sunbathing in loungers, or dining al fresco. Sea Edge’s interior is modern and minimal. The spacious living room has a 40-inch Google TV and an iPad, while the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and breakfast bar. Upstairs, the master suite opens to a balcony that overlooks Grace Bay Beach. The suite has a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and a soaking tub in the bathroom.
This villa is only a short walk to restaurants, boat excursions, and bars at the marina. Grace Bay is a minute away for more action.
Sea Edge is located almost directly on Smiths Reef. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water because of the reef, but a soft sandy bottom with amazing snorkeling is just ahead.

| Beach | This villa is located on Grace Bay Beach. There is a rocky strip between the sand and the sea and some rocks within the waters. The rocks disappear entirely a few hundred yards down the beach. This beach is ideal for snorkeling and you can walk just outside and wade right out to some of the best snorkeling on the island of Providenciales in Smith's Reef. |

Sea View villa in Turtle Cove was outstanding!! All the amenities and private location and beach. Definitely worth a look!
The private pool right outside our door was awesome and HEATED!!!
Just a few steps and we were on our own piece of beach!
The views were picture perfect! Unobstructed view of the ocean and sunrises from rear bedroom balcony and Marina view from front balcony.
Kitchen fully stocked with utensils, cookware, dishes, etc..
The management team for the villa was also amazing! They were available to assist you with any needs you requested. Polite and professional!
Will definitely be returning to Sea View Villa in the near future!

Betsy was awesome! It was our first time in Turks and Caicos Islands.

Andrew highly recommended this villa and now that we’ve been, I can see why.
Having the bedroom on the second floor means that you can see the ocean from your bed. What a way to wake up! We spent lots of time on the 2nd floor balcony - coffee in the morning and drinks at sunset (or on the beach). Loved being able to walk 20 steps to the beach and snorkel right there at the best reef on the island.
Look forward to visiting again. We would definitely stay here and highly recommend.
I have now booked 3 different trips/accommodation with Andrew and am confident that I will love whatever he suggests. Thanks Andrew!

Sea Edge Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
This villa was PERFECT! It’s in a great location. The pool was spectacular. The beach is right in front of you, yet you still have plenty of privacy! But probably the MOST perfect aspect of the villa was being able to wake up in the morning and see that beautiful ocean view. Truly breathtaking!
The sleeping suite with huge tube was great too. We happened to be on our honeymoon. But you don’t have to be on your honeymoon to enjoy this truly spectacular property.
