Seaclusion Oasis combines two gorgeous properties into one luxurious villa rental. The villas sit on the world’s most beloved beach, Grace Bay, with the now famous turquoise waters and sugar white sands. Snorkeling at Smiths Reef is a short walk away, and restaurants in Turtle Cove Marina or the Grace Bay Club Resort are also just minutes from the villa. I love how each property is elegantly outfitted, allowing luxurious space for the whole group. There’s a fun bunk room in Seaclusion for the kids, and every other suite has a king bed so the grownups can relax. There is nothing quite like the outside space, its light and modern. The villa’s pools are infinity-edge and there’s a hot tub, but the ocean is also right in your backyard.

Luxurious beachfront estate on Grace Bay!

Seaclusion Oasis is a luxurious, thirteen-bedroom villa on Grace Bay Beach made up of two sister villas: Seaclusion and Seascape. This beachfront resort villa enjoys signing privileges at Grace Bay Club and ultra modern interiors.

Both villas offer glamorous infinity pools, spacious sundecks, and abundant lounging furniture for guests to sunbathe or snooze in the shade. Seaclusion’s poolside gazebo shades an al fresco dining table and barbecue station, while Seascape’s outdoor dining table is nestled beneath the veranda. Seaclusion also has a hot tub and wading area. Both villas have stone pathways leading to Grace Bay Beach, and both provide kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat, snorkel equipment, life vests, and swimming pool floats. Outdoor sound systems run throughout both villas’ exteriors. Seaclusion Estate enjoys signing privileges to the Grace Bay Resort’s boutique, bars, restaurants, spa, kids club, and any paid water sports.

Seaclusion and Seascape both feature bright white, open-concept interiors. Both villas have their own living room, indoor dining area, and gourmet kitchen. Seaclusion also has a media room with a home theatre, pool table, and fully stocked bar. The villa’s appliances and fixtures are top of the line. Each of the estate’s thirteen bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and luxurious design. Seaclusion’s bedrooms include eight king suites and a bunk room. Four of the king suites have exterior access, and the children’s bunk room features four twin beds and two trundle beds. Seascape offers five king suites, and one has exterior access.

Seaclusion Oasis has an enviable location on Grace Bay Beach, home to Turks and Caicos’s most concentrated region of restaurants, bars, activities, water sports, and shops. Guests can walk along the beach to reach several attractions, or take a short drive along the island’s northern shore to Turtle Cove or Leeward Marinas.

Additional Car rental, server, grocery and beverage shopping, as well as the cost of groceries (pre-arrival and during your stay), liquor and wine delivery, nanny service, baby equipment, spa services, yoga and personal training, and photography can be arranged for an additional fee. Cost of food is additional. Transportation between our resort collection for confirmed dinner reservations will be at guest expense.

The Villa was superb!!! Beautiful and clean!!! We enjoyed every minute. One small leak issue but it was promptly resolved. Perfect location and awesome staff!!!!
