There are expansive shaded decks on the lower and upper levels, and all of the balconies and steps use crystal railing LED glass to eliminate any barriers between guests and the view. Sunrise Villa is also gated, so the property offers privacy without sacrificing convenience.

This property offers 11,500 square feet of interior space, including seven bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, two kitchens, a gym, a media room, and two laundry rooms. Each room enjoys individual air-conditioning units, ceiling fans, soundproofing, and custom shiplap paneling. On the main level, there is an open-concept chef’s kitchen with aqua backsplash and countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large center island with bar top dining. The kitchen’s appliances include two dishwashers, a gas commercial grade range and hood, and a separate ice maker and wine refrigerator. The adjacent dining table seats eight guests. On the other side of the dining table, there’s a living space with a flatscreen TV and plush furnishings. The main level opens to the veranda and gorgeous ocean views.

On the garden level, there is a media room with an 85 inch Smart TV, a full kitchenette with a bar, and a gym. The gym features a mountain climber, free weights, a pull up bar, and a rubber mat floor. The garden level also has four king suites. The master suite enjoys a flatscreen TV, a private terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with an outdoor shower, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second suite has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share a full bath. These last three suites each have exterior access.

The top level has three oceanfront suites with king beds, ensuite bathrooms, and exterior access. Each suite enjoys 20 x 10 foot glass doors that open to ocean views. One suite also has a private terrace and flatscreen TV. Cable TV, WIFI, Netflix and Amazon Prime are available on all TV’s.
