Welsh for “Wind and Sea,” Gwynt A Mor is elevated in two acres of the lush, tropical North Shore hillside and welcomes constant breezes and spectacular views. Amazing sunrise and sunset views, a family-friendly pool, and an onsite caretaker are just a few of this villa’s notable features.
A ten minute walk takes guests to the villa’s private beach access, and chairs are provided for sunbathing and lounging. At the villa, guests are greeted by a gated entrance and private driveway bordered by thick gardens. Approximately 5,000 square feet of outdoor space surrounds the home, and guests can lounge and relax all day around the patio, multi-level pool, and fire pit. Get active on the tennis/basketball court or take a meditative stroll through the garden. This villa’s stunning panoramic views are due to its location on the highest point of the North Shore, and have to be seen to be believed.
Inside, impeccable detail and elegant furnishings revive the Italian design. Spanish cedar doors, LED lighting, and Egyptian limestone tile are just a few of the luxury finishes that take Gwynt A Mor to the next level. The light, airy living area faces the sea and leads into the kitchen and dining room. In the chic, rustic kitchen, guests have access to a wine cooler, GE Monogram appliances, and an espresso machine. There’s also room to relax in the media/game room. The Master Suite and three other bedrooms are located in the main house and each have exterior access only. The Guest House contains the final two bedrooms. Bedroom 5 has a queen-sized bed and is on the lower level, and bedroom 6 which is also a queen can be found upstairs.
Gwynt A Mor is minutes from Smith’s Reef and Turtle Cove, and only a short drive from Chalk Sound, which all offer stunning sights and unique activities. Smith’s Reef is notorious for snorkeling, and Chalk Sound is great for water sports. Provo Golf Club is only 6.5 miles away, and breathtaking sunsets on Sapodilla Bay are 5 miles away.
