Sunset Close is nestled in the private neighborhood of Silly Creek. This beachfront property is great for couples and has unforgettable views.
Guests are steps from the beach at Sunset Close, and can take the villa’s kayaks and paddle boards on the water to explore the lagoon. For more private swimming, the villa has a lap pool and a Jacuzzi. Roast s’mores on the fire pit, or grill on the BBQ and enjoy the meal at one of the al fresco dining tables. There’s 1,300 square feet of covered patios facing the water, some shaded and some in the sun. Guests can make the most of their tropical surroundings by sunbathing in the loungers, reading in the daybed, or snoozing in the hammock strung between two palm trees. The terrace leads into the high-ceilinged foyer, adjacent to the kitchen. Cook on stainless steel appliances and enjoy meals at the breakfast bar, all while watching TV on the flatscreen overhead.
Upstairs, there’s a theater room with a 60” Smart TV and a plush sectional that overlooks the water. The two Master Suites offer king-sized beds, walk-in closets, and ensuite bathrooms with a separate shower and soaking tub. Each of the bedrooms open a terrace or balcony via sliding glass doors. The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed and access to a private patio. Upstairs, the fourth bedroom faces the ocean and includes two extra-long twin beds that can convert to a comfortable king. There are Smart TVs and water views in all four bedrooms.
Sunset Close is a minute from Sapodilla Bay, and the nearest restaurant is less than 5 minutes away. Gorgeous Chalk Sound is across the street, the perfect place to kayak and paddle board.
