We tremendously enjoyed our week at Villa Valentina and would definitely return again. Well appointed home included a kitchen with everything we needed, comfortable sitting areas and sizable bedrooms. The pool and deck area offered excellent sun and shade as well as the lower dock. Andrew, Lori, Adele, Nancy and the crew made us feel so welcome and all the restaurant recommendations were spot on. Our week flew by but our memories will last for a long time.
Fantastic. Great experience with the entire team and highly appreciative of the advice and timely support with questions and making restaurant reservations etc etc.

A Perfect Week
Valentina Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
Not sure if was because we got to Turks without any airport, airline, or flight glitches or the fact that we were just so in need of a getaway, but the minute we arrived…stress free…at Villa Valentina, we knew it was going to be a perfect trip.
The home was wonderful, the location was just what we were looking for- far enough away from the “downtown” (I use that term loosely;) but easily drivable.
The Villa is located near two smaller beaches that really make you feel as thought you’re off the grid. Kerry, our Villa manager was wonderful as was Andrew, as usual, in reservations! Believe it or not, leaving the island was smooth sailing …wish I could say the same for JFK baggage claim !???? Super week-next time we want to stay TWO!

This was hands down the best vacation we’ve ever had. Between the island, the villa, the concierge pre-trip… everything was perfect. The villa itself is absolutely stunning with the best views and the feeling of total privacy. We’re so glad we didn’t choose to stay on the actual beach due to the crowds and jet-skiers. This home had everything we could’ve possibly needed and it felt like we were staying at a resort. The layout of the house is perfect and we loved that there were ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom. We had hired a private chef for one day and ended up having him come back for two extra days so that we never had to leave the villa for meals ...because why leave when where you are in paradise? We can’t wait to go back and will absolutely stay here again.
WhereToStay and Betsy far exceeded our expectations! Given the ever-changing covid protocols it was so amazing to have Betsy help answer all of our pre-trip questions. She was so quick to get back to us, with accurate info and great recommendations. This was our first visit to TCI and we felt like experts before we even arrived - thanks to Betsy and the super informative WhereToStay portal.

Private Villa on a beautiful and calm bay
Valentina Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
The Valentina Villa is a wonderful location for privacy and seclusion from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay. The villa is nicely decorated and equipped and has great outdoor areas to enjoy. With en-suite bathrooms for each of the four bedrooms, this villa is great for a large family or a couples trip. There is plenty of room in the common areas to spread out and we loved all of the places to relax by the pool and down by the bay.
There is a convenient restaurant (Las Brisas) nearby and you are walking distance to Sopadilla bay beach, which is a nice setting and provides access to various water sports. It’s a 15 minute drive to the nicer grocery store and the main shopping areas and hotels at Grace Bay. The local management of the villa checked in with us during the week and was helpful with the orientation on our initial arrival.
We would definitely consider renting this villa again on a return trip.
Andrew was very helpful throughout the process. We appreciated his regular check-in’s and communication in the pre-trip process. We will definitely use him again for similar trips in the future.

Gorgeous Family Vacation
Valentina Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the beginning, with help and constant communication during planning with Andrew, to working with Jake the house manager during our stay, everything was very pleasant and professional. We had initially booked another villa for our trip, but were informed by Andrew that due to renovations beginning at a property next door, that we could move to another villa, which is how we landed here. I’m so glad this is where we ended up since it was truly a luxurious experience!
The villa was stunning and had plenty of room for our family to spread out, as well as common spaces to gather for time together. The outdoor space was beautiful and extensive, and the indoor space was inviting and comfortable for all members of our group. We were very pleasantly surprised by just how nice the indoor space was as well, since we had mostly been focused on the outdoor space when planning. We enjoyed every room having its own bathroom and direct access to an outdoor space with ocean views. The house was very well stocked with towels, beach chairs/toys, kayaks, and even life vests that fit the toddlers in our group, making us feel comfortable having them wander around the pool and swim without fear.
Jake met us with a lovely cheese and fruit platter, was detailed in his explanations about the property, and went above and beyond with advice for outings and places we were interested in visiting on the island. There was a minor issue with the hot tub that we ourselves didn’t really notice, but that Jake brought to our attention as soon as we arrived and had resolved quickly. He was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay, and was truly a pleasure to work with.
We were a little apprehensive about not having direct beach access from the home, since we were traveling with young children who wanted to play in the sand, but everything worked out very nicely with two wonderful beach options nearby that were great for kids, and a little strip of sand directly on the other side of the coral formation in front of the house that we could wade around to where the children could play for short periods of time. Every aspect of our stay was wonderful, and we started planning to come back to this villa in the future before we’d even left. I almost don’t want others to know how lovely this villa is so that we don’t have as much competition to reserve this in the future, but it’s hard not to gush over how great our stay here was!
Working with WhereToStay.com and Andrew specifically was wonderful. He was very attentive and helpful, available to answer all of the many questions I had, and simply went above and beyond to help make our vacation a truly memorable experience.
