Emerald Bay is a sprawling, luxurious estate on the south side of Providenciales. Modern landscaping surrounds the main villa and two guest villas, with a stone pathway winding through palm trees and cacti.
The villa’s unbelievable ocean views compliment the fragrant bougainvillea and natural wood and stone exterior. This property is private and fully gated, with access to an exclusive beach and non-motorized water sports. Beachfront loungers by the sea await villa guests just beyond the villa’s infinity-edge lap pool. The pool also has submerged loungers and a gazebo with shaded, cushioned seating. Guests can enjoy meals al fresco cooked on the barbecue grill. The villa’s home gym and outdoor pool provide space for guests to be active and enjoy the fresh air. The canopy-style lounge is fully shaded so guests can enjoy the ocean breeze and indirect sunshine.
Emerald Bay enjoys ocean views from every room. The contemporary design and sleek lines add elegance and peacefulness to the entire home. The impressive living area features a full lounge and entertainment center with a flatscreen Smart TV, all beside a gorgeous sunset view through sliding glass doors. Marble countertops, a breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances outfit the sleek, white kitchen. Twelve guests can feast around the elongated dining table beneath two wicker pendant lights. In the Main House, there are four king suites with ensuite bathrooms and ocean views. There is also a children’s suite with two twin beds and a king, along with an ensuite bathroom and a marina view. Pavilions 1 & 2 each have one king suite with an ensuite bathroom and a marina view. Each bedroom has an outdoor shower, as well.
Emerald Bay rentals come with full butler and chef service. The villa is near several quiet, stunning beaches and reefs waiting to be explored. A state of the art security system provides added peace of mind.
