Oceanfront property!
Balinese Villa boasts stunning views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea and constant island trade winds. This oceanfront villa has a peaceful location in residential Turtle Tail, and Balinese-Indo decor to enhance the villa’s relaxing atmosphere.
Balinese’s infinity-edge pool borders the villa, and can be accessed from nearly every room. Sunbathe in the daybeds on the terrace or unfold the umbrella for an afternoon snooze. Guests have direct access to the sea via a limestone walkway, and a thatched gazebo sits at the halfway point. Another staircase leads into the sea, where guests can snorkel and swim to their hearts’ content. The sunken living room’s sliding doors completely disappear to bring in the up close and personal ocean view. With the press of a button, the 50” Plasma TV and music center lower into the cabinetry, so there’s nothing obstructing the view. The dining table and kitchen are elevated above, with a wet bar and stainless steel Viking appliances.
Each of the three spacious bedrooms has a TV and an ensuite bathroom, providing ultimate privacy for all guests. The Master Suite has 90º ocean views, its own private courtyard, a handcarved Indonesian king-sized bed, and pool access. Its ensuite bathroom has a raised tub, a waterfall showerhead, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a four-poster queen-sized bed and access to the veranda, with ocean views through the sliding glass doors. The third bedroom also has a queen-sized bed, but has 90º ocean views and direct pool access. All three suites are furnished with handcrafted Balinese daybeds and custom design elements.
It’s only a short drive into town for restaurants and the airport. Drive two minutes down the road to a small beach, or 10 minutes across the island to Grace Bay.

Balinese Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
The atmosphere was amazing. The check in was smooth and painless. My only complaint is that the maintenance people come when they want and they should alter the guest what time maintenance will be conducting their service. And also, be prepared to pay for AC usage. Otherwise, amazing experience and would recommend this villa. Will come again for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The view of the ocean is gorgeous. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, jacuzzi, swimming pool, deck furniture, and access to step directly into the ocean [no beach here] were excellent. Air-conditioning in the living room and kitchen areas was excellent, but the master bedroom did not receive sufficient cooling during the hot June weather. We would certainly return, perhaps when it is not so hot.

The Villa is EXACTLY as pictured in the photos! Breathtaking, picturesque. The open concept allowed us to enjoy the view of the ocean 24/7. We loved our week long stay so much that we felt like we can do another couple days! This gem of a villa upgraded our 10 year girls trip to an unimaginable level and couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to celebrate friendship.
Andrew was heaven sent! We received horrible news that our reservation with another company was being cancelled and they recommended Andrew to us. The minute I reached out to Andrew for help on finding a villa in such short notice he worked hard to find my group and I the perfect vacation villa to fit our requests. He was lightning fast with his replies and was available to answer ALL concerns. He and Sharon made our dream vacation a reality and we are forever grateful for them and will recommend them to anyone who thinks of visiting the island!

Balinese Villa is drop-dead gorgeous. It has a private quiet location, highlighted by the infinity pool overlooking the sea. Everything you need for an incredible vacation is under one roof. This villa does not disappoint!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Balinese Villa. It was absolutely stunning! We loved swimming below the house, and the pool/spa was an excellent addition. The rooms were clean and the air-conditioning was pleasant. We cooked well in the kitchen and the outdoor BBQ. We would love to recommend this villa, and we look forward to our return trip! Marjorie was very accommodating and easy to work with, as well.
Andrew was amazing at picking out the right villa for us and making sure we had things in order prior to our stay.
