Description
Breezy Villa is a private three bedroom, three bath oceanfront home situated on the south shore. Each of the three ocean view bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms with French doors.
The living room has an entertainment center which hosts a plasma TV, DVD player, an assortment of movies, books and a stereo. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with appliances. Guests can choose to dine in the kitchen/dining room or "alfresco" under a covered porch or even under the stars.An infinity pool with lounge chairs, dining table and a BBQ are located outdoors.
The villa is located close to Leeward Marina and only a 5-10 minute drive to Grace Bay Beach and Grace Bay Road where guests will find most of their shopping and entertainment needs.

We just returned from our stay at Breezy Villa in the Turks & Caicos. The villa was in a great location, very secluded and romantic, yet a short drive to Grace Bay, shopping and restaurants.
We loved the less crowded leeward end of Grace Bay and the miniature golf that was very close to the villa (you can drink rum punches while playing).
We rented kayaks from Big Blue and kayaked around Mangrove Cay and Iguana Island. Then, Claudius brought kayaks to the villa and we kayaked to Long Bay Beach. The water just down the steps of the dock is just a few feet deep, making swimming and kayaking very easy.
Food on the island was good, but we had more fun grilling at home and eating outside. Overall, we had an amazing time and can't recommend Breezy Villa highly enough.

This was our first trip to Provo. We loved the house, the weather, the friendly people, and the fabulous restaurants.
The only thing that might make us not return was the airport. Upon arriving, we stood in line for one hour to get into the country. On our departure day, we stood in line for one hour to check our bags, then another hour for security. The waiting room was standing room only. It was not a good way to end what had been a wonderful trip.

We have been to the Turks and Caicos Islands over ten times over the past 15 years. This time we took two other couples who had never been there. They were impressed beyond any expectations.
Each bedroom had its own bathroom and doors to the infinity pool that overlooked the beautiful turquoise ocean. Initially I was concerned, as I thought this house was on Long Bay Beach. It was actually east of the beach. No worries, though, we had steps into the water, so there was no tracking of sand into the house. I think I liked it better for that reason.
Claudius brought us kayaks, and there is good snorkeling 100 meters to the right of the house. I cannot say enough about this property! It had a perfect layout. The kitchen was well supplied, and even though there were many great restaurants, we loved eating at our house best.
The location was perfect, as well. Grace Bay was a five-minute drive. There were many great restaurants in that area. Also, there was a gourmet grocery within a few minute drive.
My heart ached as we left. I cannot get back soon enough.
