Breezy Villa is a relaxed oceanfront vacation oasis located right on the south shore of Providenciales. This fully air-conditioned villa is located near Leeward Marina and only a 5-10 minute drive to Grace Bay Beach.

Outside, guests can swim in the infinity-edged pool or sunbathe on lounge chairs around the deck. Feast al fresco at the dining table after grilling on the BBQ. Follow the staircase from the pool area directly down to the sea to snorkel, swim, or kayak in the calm, crystal blue Caribbean waters. Breezy Villa welcomes its guests into a spacious and comfortable living room. Here, guests can enjoy an entertainment center with a plasma TV, DVD player, an assortment of movies, and a stereo system. Directly next to the living room is the gourmet kitchen, which is well equipped with every desired appliance. Guests can dine in the kitchen/dining room or on the covered porch for al fresco meals under the stars. Breezy Villa offers three bedrooms in the Main House, each with an ensuite bathroom and French doors leading to the patio. Two suites have king beds, and now suites has a queen bed. There’s also a separate cottage with a queen bed and great views.

Guests will find most of their shopping, grocery and entertainment needs on Grace Bay Road, which is quickly accessible by car.
