If you are looking for a place to have a couple's get-away or to honeymoon, consider Cadasse Villa. The maid and caretaker go out of their way to make you feel right at home. Besides the staff, there are four beautifully decorated bedrooms (if you include the cottage), each one unique in design and décor. The gated community is a great place to have some well deserved privacy as you enjoy the views from the hilltop pool. The open floor plan is wonderful for entertaining, as is the poolside and patio. Your options for fun away from the villa are only a few minutes' drive, with a golf course, restaurants and plenty of beautiful beaches for you to enjoy.
Villa Description
The property has recently been renovated and refurbished by the new owners in a cool white Caribbean theme with lots of bright color. Located on a breezy hilltop, take in the views of the Atlantic Ocean over to Cas En Bas Bay and the Caribbean Sea toward Pigeon Point National Park.
Cadasse Villa consists of a master bedroom (with king-size bed) on the second floor and enjoys views through its large picture window. It is air-conditioned with an ensuite bathroom. A spacious terrace, which adjoins this bedroom, has an outdoor shower.
Two additional air-conditioned bedrooms (each with two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed) with ensuite bathrooms and private terraces are located on the lowest level of the house with views of the sea.
A small fourth bedroom (not air-conditioned) with a single bed and an adjoining bathroom is located off the kitchen wing. It is suitable for a single person or a child. (Available at an additional charge)
**Cadasse Villa can be rented with Orchid Cottage for an additional cost to accommodate larger parties.
Cadasse Villa has a spacious open-plan sitting room with cable TV and a music center. This room leads into a dining area, an east-facing patio, and a large kitchen equipped with every amenity.
An additional outdoor dining terrace adjoining the pool lets guests take in the sunset. The full-size pool is edged with sea stones and adjacent to a large wooden sun deck with a Caribbean view and chaise lounges for sunbathing.
You are just a five-minute drive away from gorgeous beaches and a new 18-hole championship golf course.
