Conch Beach villa is a private and exclusive Turtle Cove vacation home overlooking the world-famous Grace Bay Beach. This home has everything a family could want, with ideally designed bedrooms, tons of outdoor amenities, and an enviable beachfront location.
This family-friendly vacation rental not only enjoys quick and private beach access, but also has two glass-bottomed kayaks and a stand up paddle board. One of Turks and Caicos’ best snorkeling reefs, Smith’s Reef, is a short swim away. Want a break from the sea? Play tennis or basketball on the home’s sports court. After that, guests can cool off in the pool, soak in the hot tub, or snooze in the hammock to relax. The large freshwater pool has a slide and waterfall feature for the whole family. Loungers surround the pool, and a pathway leads to the outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen is framed by a garden arbor, and sits opposite the fully furnished screened porch.
The fully air-conditioned villa is open and spacious, with high cathedral ceilings. Watch TV in the sunken living room, feast at the dining table, or cook in the kitchen. The spacious kitchen is fully appointed with stainless steel appliances and offers bar seating for informal dining.
