They give you a boat. Yes, you read that right, your own boat. With a boatman, no less. The actual villa is 7,000 square feet and is on 3.5 acres. It is beachfront and has a pool, a hot tub, 2 hammocks, 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a large living room, an office area, a gourmet Miele kitchen, and both indoor and outdoor dining spaces. That’s not to mention the terraces, full AC, fitness and snorkeling equipment, washer/dryer, and beautiful views. Description
Villa Paradise is a luxurious gated 7000-square-foot property which sits on 3.5 magnificently landscaped, beachfront acres, and has been a preferred hideaway for celebrities and royalty alike. This charming villa combines natural beauty with quiet elegance while offering unrivaled views across the crystalline Caribbean Sea. The villa's protected harbor with boat deck and nearby private beach are located directly in front of the main house. The adjacent coral reef offers some of the best snorkeling opportunities in Anguilla.
The sprawling living room contains exclusive McGuire furniture, a Bose Stereo system, a 42" Plasma TV and DVD player, 2 terraces, and an office area equipped with computer, printer, and private fax machine. It opens onto 2 terraces.
Whether you're a chef at heart or prefer to enlist the culinary skills of one of Anguilla's renowned chefs, the villa's German manufactured Miele kitchen with GE Monogram appliances and granite worktops is sure to come in handy. There is an indoor dining room and an outdoor covered dining pavilion, each seating twelve, with ceiling fans and air-conditioning throughout.
All bathrooms are fitted with custom made marble and granite counter tops and feature accessories by Rolex, Kohler and Villeroy Boch.
The bedrooms feature pillows by Ralph Lauren and fine amenities. Each air-conditioned bedroom boasts its own flat screen TV, DVD player, and stereo system.
The Grand Master bedroom and additional Master bedroom feature large terraces and ensuite marble baths. There's a Family Suite with bath, and a separate studio apartment.

Villa Paradise is pure paradise!

We rented Villa Paradise for our wedding. The villa is absolutely beautiful!! We had a party of 11 but it accommodates 14 people. The grounds are very well kept and the flowers are beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the living spaces are equipped with everything you could ever need. We held our wedding outside and everything turned out exactly as we planned - no - better!! The staff, Earl, Myrna and Vernetta (I hope I spelled their names correctly!) were awesome and took care of our every need. Although there's not a whole lot to do in Anguilla, you don't mind because the villa is so peaceful and there are so many restaurants to try. Plus, you're only 20 minutes away from St. Maarten by ferry. Villa Paradise was everything we imagined it to be and so much more!!! We will definitely be returning for our 1st anniversary!
