Sunrise Villa - Cabrera, Dominican Republic

Sunrise Villa offers comfortable living for people on vacation. Wake up, have coffee on the veranda, swim in the pool, lunch outside, enjoy happy hour in the bar, sit in the hot tub after dinner. The beach is within walking distance.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Sunrise Villa accommodates 16 adults in an array of eight air conditioned bedroom suites, each with a full, private bath and ocean views. The bedrooms in our oceanfront rental are located in four separate houses, each strategically clustered around the pool and hot tub.

Sunrise Villas offers eight (8) suites, each with a unique view of our semi-private beach front and our private villa swimming pool.

1. The Diamante Suite
Located on the second floor of the Main House, the Diamante Suite has a king size bed, private balcony, sitting area, and full bath with a two-person shower and Jacuzzi.

2. The Presidente Suite
This suite is nearly 1,000 sq ft and has separate sleeping and living areas. There's a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper in the living room, so comfortably accommodating four people is not out of the question. This suite is ideal for a family-style Caribbean vacation and includes a two-person Jacuzzi, a separate shower, a bar, and private balcony with ocean and pool views.

3. & 4. The Royal Palm and Samana Suites
Imagine waking up and the first sight you see from your king size bed is a spectacular ocean view! These ever-popular suites are separate, yet identical. They're each situated on a 20-foot cliff which looks out towards the ocean and includes a private veranda, a full bath with Jacuzzi, and a outdoor shower.

5. & 6. The Piscina Suite
The Piscina Suite is a two-bedroom, two-bath suite with a connecting living room. Each bedroom boasts a queen size bed and twin sleeper. The living room also has a full size futon, a TV with VCR, and a Sony PlayStation. This poolside suite even has a private veranda with pool and ocean views.

7. & 8. Garden Suites

All bedrooms feature safes for locking valuables, roomy closets, and executive refrigerators. The Royal Palm, Samana, Presidente, and Diamante suites also offer hair dryers and a special make-up area with mirrors in the baths.

Please note that Sunrise Villa is a private home, not a hotel. The villa does not rent individual rooms. The villa rental fee includes the entire property and staff.

When renting both Christmas and New Years weeks together, save 10% from total rate.

It is recommend that guests NOT rent a car for Dominican travel but use local taxi services.

It is customary for luxury villa vacationers to tip the household staff approximately 10% of the price of your Villa rental.

Enjoy the Sunrise Villa Meal Service for $50 per day, which includes all in-villa meals, full breakfast, all non-alcoholic beverages, daily Happy House appetizers, snack center, one night's dinner at the best restaurant in town (alcohol not included).
