Zenaida Beach & Tennis Estate is a gorgeous private property perched on the heights above (and with immediate access to) Sandy Hill Beach--one of Anguilla's loveliest beaches--on an island famous for its sand and sea. Zenaida provides a secluded yet harmonious environment with immaculate grounds and beautiful views of St. Maarten and the Caribbean Sea, with St Barth's visible on the horizon. The property is comprised of 7 bedrooms (all with bathrooms en suite) in two 3-bedroom villas and one 1-bedroom garden cottage. The villa provides all of the following: a Jacuzzi, nestled within seaside trees; a fresh water pool with a vanishing edge overlooking the sea; a Har-Tru tennis court with lights for night play, buffering the Estate from its neighbors; a fully equipped fitness center which provides a place for exercise and massage; an expansive dining pavilion with computer and entertainment facilities.

The grandest touch of all is right below your feet--a beautiful half mile of Anguilla's famed powdered white sand beach adjacent to the Estate--just a short stroll along a winding, gentle path. And Zenaida proudly boasts the only private tennis court in the Eastern Caribbean with a soft Har-tru surface, newly built and lighted at night. Professional instruction can be arranged.

The Zenaida Beach & Tennis Estate features Asian antiques and contemporary furnishings throughout all bedrooms--including the Penthouse and Garden Cottage. All rooms are sheltered from the tropical sun by wide porches and cooling breezes. The tiled patio that surrounds the pool on three sides offers ample room for lolling, sunbathing and viewing the breathtaking tropical sunset. A smaller western patio adjoining the kitchen provides an ideal location for breakfast.

With over 30 beaches, gourmet beachfront restaurants, a relaxed lifestyle and friendly people, Anguilla has become the new destination for the sophisticated vacationer. Scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, wind surfing, sailing, horseback riding and world class spa facilities are all available.

The property is comprised of 7 bedrooms (all with bathrooms en suite) in two 3-bedroom villas and one 1-bedroom garden cottage. The 6 main bedrooms consist of 3 king beds, 2 double beds, and 1 queen-size bed.

Maid service is daily for 6 hours, and groundskeeper service is daily for 2 hours.

Zenaida Beach & Tennis Estate is just 15 minutes away from St. Martin by ferry, offering visitors a faster paced lifestyle with gambling, French boutiques, golf and thriving nightlife.

For holidays lasting longer than one week, the daily rate is 1/7 of the weekly rate.

For an additional person in the villa, add $143 a night during Low Season, $286 a night during High Season, and $409 a night during Christmas/New Years.
