Grendon House sits on a golf course within the breathtaking Sandy Lane Estate. Beautiful wrought-iron gates lead into lush, manicured grounds and classic Caribbean architecture.

Guests at Grendon House can enjoy full access to Sandy Lane Beach Club’s cabana, beach chairs, and owners’ lounge. The villa also provides its own luxurious lounging space around the pool and lawn. Loungers, al fresco dining, and a shaded gazebo fill the pool level, and a spacious patio upstairs includes a wet bar and seating. There’s also a spacious veranda with open-air living and dining areas.

Downstairs, there is a large game room with ping-pong, a poker table, a flatscreen TV, and exterior access. The main level common area offers several sitting and dining areas, and the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Each of the villa’s five bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and air-conditioning. Several have exterior access to the pool deck or a private terrace. There are two king suites and one queen suite, as well as two bedrooms with two twin beds. One twin suite can be made up as a king.

Grendon House is near the beach, restaurants, duty-free shopping, and bars. Sandy Lane Beach is open to the public, but the hotel is not. The villa is staffed with a chef, housekeeper, and laundress for guests’ ultimate comfort.
